WORST customer service. Literally took 20 min for a straight forward exchange. Bald overweight man “manager” then gives me huge attitude when I mention an exchange shouldn’t take that long. I have MS and can’t stand for extended periods. Ridiculous

I ordered a Harvest Grade wheel barrow on 24th June 2024 from the Peterborough, Ontario Peavey Mart. if I could give 0 stars in this review I would.
Today is the 18th August 2024 and still no sign of my order. Store can't tell me when I may get one and customer service in Alberta do no reply to any emails.
Appalling organization and even worse customer service. Buyer beware. I suggest you buy elsewhere as I certainly will never go back to Peavey Mart.

They never seem to have what I'm after. Have come to know them as the "no we don't carry that store" unfortunately. It's disappointing as there isn't much else to choose from on this end of town. They advertise to serve the rural community, but then don't stock items you need.

Don't buy things online from the store. You'll drive there knowing that it's there and they won't have it when you get there. So very disappointed with my drive to Peterborough Today. Now I know why I don't buy my animal food there anymore. Used to be about 10 bags. You got one free when they screwed me enough times that I don't buy my food from there. Anymore, either.

Lots in stock and the woman at the front corner was absolutely amazing and had helpful and friendly customer service. Will be coming back
