I can't say enough nor find the words to express how glad we had Terry and the team move us. Very fast and efficient, professional and kind ! They handled the task of traversing our km long rocky farm road drive way like pro's, and didn't even bat an eye at the steep hill they had to go down to get to our basement apartment. Nothing broke, scratched or dented. We had a fridge and freezer that they moved and as soon as it was in place Terry said go fund your extension cords and let's get them plugged in , so the food won't thaw out. I found that the cherry on the top ! So caring , and hard working. They made a very difficult move into a less stressed move!I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs help moving.You guys rock !❤️

These guys work until the job is done. They're courteous and professional. I like that the meter stops running when the work is done.I have also referred them to several people who used them and were very impressed.

What a great company! My husband and I were faced with the daunting task of emptying a senior's apartment in Bobcaygeon, Ontario on an urgent basis. We contacted Peterborough County Moving Co. and we were able to schedule a multi-stop move. They arrived right on time and packed up their truck in record time, taking care to respect all of the Covid restrictions in the seniors' residence. They arranged for disposal of furniture and other items, moved the rest from Bobcaygeon to Toronto and moved some into storage and into an apartment. They were courteous, efficient, professional and quick. I am so grateful for all they did to help with a most difficult task.Services: Vehicle transport

DO NOT HIRE THEM!I booked and payed in advance. The day of the moving was the day I had to leave the place by contract. When the movers arrived they refused to do the moving because it was raining and to the front door had a couple of stairs.You see, I was pregnant, with a 1 year old toddler and my husband was alone to put all boxes and furniture on front of the door. I called the owner of the company who I had spoken many times and he said " is not my problem, I will give back your money".In the end my husband did the moving alone. I have vídeos and pictures of their employees waiting in the truck, smoking while my husband was moving boxes and furniture.In the end we payed a thousand dollars and they didn't give a receipt.They do not declare taxes and work under the table. Now I can not even declare this amount in my taxes return.The owner is the worse kind of person you could ever think to do any kind of service for you.THRUST ME! pay a bit more for a company that give you a contract and receipt and make sure that different of this company they will go to check the place before agreeing with anything.

Save yourself the time, money, and stress and DO NOT book with this company. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They were 3 and a half hours late by the time I found another company to book with. I kept calling and multiple times they told me 10 more minutes or gave me a different excuse then last the time I called. Unprofessional, extremely expensive, waste of time and money. I wouldn’t trust my valuables with them and I am extremely glad I booked with another company.

Further to the company response to Nikki Playford's review, I would like to set the record straight. They have not contacted either of us to apologize, but simply to add more and more untrue excuses and denials. The mess on the floors was due to the movers spilling and strewing things around themselves, to the point that several items (photos, documents, etc) were lost and damaged. The "pre-existing damage" that they claim was not pre-existing. The kitchen island had one loose leg, which the movers were warned about, in the hope they would take extra care. By the time it reached its destination, the leg had been completely ripped off, as had the formerly intact towel rack. There was nothing "dire" about the conditions, as I am sure that movers are used to having a place not spotlessly clean until AFTER a move, when furniture has been moved out of it's usual location. At the destination, unless specifically told they MUST, they refused to take items upstairs, and kept asking "does this go?", for every item they moved. Of course, it was going - it was a household move! (More wasted time) Any other moving company would have made an honest attempt at an apology and reparation, but not this one. I don't feel that their response was appropriate and there has been no change in our feeling that this was a terrible experience that we want no one else to suffer. Out of hundreds of moves, there are only 7 reviews, and only a couple of those are "glowing". Really? Makes you wonder, doesn't it? I truly regret not having read all the reviews myself before choosing this company.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Was quoted $340 for a 2 hour move of a tiny 2 bedroom. Ended up being over $800 and taking 8 hours! The men moved very slowly, tossed my items around, broke SEVERAL pieces of furniture, including an armoire, bed frame, and kitchen island, lampshades. I am still finding broken items, like my less than year old laptop (screen smashed)I just received a message that someone found my sons birth certificate in the back of the moving truck they rented.During the move, my personal items were strewn throughout the entire apt building, and down the stairs outside. I found the knob to my air conditioner just laying on the ground outside.They spent more time standing around than working.Stay away from this "company"I will be taking further action for compensation.

Can't thank you enough.? Not only did you arrange my move efficiently on very short notice but you sent a great team of guys. They were very polite and friendly and worked very hard on a very hot day. Very happy and found this company to be very reasonable price too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

The moving team was excellent. I believe the head mover was named Randy and he was awesome and the guys who helped were great. None of our items were damaged and there was little to no damage on the interior of the old apartment and the new one. We were extremely pleased with their work.However, we were extremely unpleased with the administrative person we dealt with. I spoke with her multiple times during our experience and long story short, she did not record our move time properly, did not record my contact information correctly despite how many times I confirmed it with her (every phone call!!!), and was not honest as to why our movers were running late (the head mover was honest and told us though, which we appreciated). There were some other issues as well, but not worth getting into in this review.Overall, the movers were great, but if we have to deal with the same administrative employee in the future, we will not be using their services again.

The 2 guys were an hour late and showed up hung over. I had to call the company to see if they were going to show up. Twice. They didn't move the clothes on hangers I had hung in my closet and complained the whole time. You could obviously tell they had no idea where they were going and had not planned and organized the day at all. My rolling desk was scratched and they didn't like that they had to move my floor Lamps? I overpaid for the service I received.
