This dealership has repeatedly shown poor customer care, but one experience stands out. In August or September 2023, I brought in my late sister's car after the brakes failed. I was told it was due to a manufacturer's defect--but because the car hadn't been serviced "on schedule," I was required to pay out of pocket. My sister had passed away from cancer just a month earlier. Understandably, car maintenance wasn't her top priority. I explained this, but there was no empathy, no flexibility--just policy. Most recently, I used the shuttle service for a simple tire change. When I called for a return ride, no one showed up. I was put on hold repeatedly and eventually had to arrange my own transportation before closing. When I arrived, I was met with a hollow apology and was told they were short-staffed. I was handed a bill and told to return to have the tires torqued. I've given this dealership multiple chances (there are more examples of poor service I could name). It consistently feels disorganized, dismissive, and transactional. I submitted a complaint to Kia directly but haven't received a case number or any follow-up. I'm not holding my breath. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values reliability, communication, or basic human decency.

I recently visited Peterborough KIA to lease a new Kia Sorento and I’m pleased to share my experience.
Nick was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The dealership had an impressive range of Kia models. I found the pricing to be competitive, and the dealership was transparent about fees. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. I appreciated how they made the process stress-free, especially when it came to handling the final paperwork and delivery of the vehicle.
I highly recommend Nick for anyone looking to buy a Kia from Ontario. The combination of excellent customer service, wide vehicle selection, and competitive pricing makes this dealership stand out. I’ll definitely be returning for future service or vehicle needs.

This is the last time I will ever go to the Kia Peterborough.1 the service department is HORRIBLE!!! EVERY TIME I have gone there has been terrible service! First time I went for a recall 3.5 hrs later. The second time was rear camera fixed..got home backed up in my driveway. CAMERA IN UPSIDE DOWN!!
Even after all that. Went back one more time for an Oil change and a check on computer chip? 2.5 hrs. 2.5 hours really 2.5 hours.
Omg and I give one more chance..wrong.
Today quote me 104 for a oil change after I told them make and model and engine size. Yep. You guessed it 145 later!! I asked why, they tell me the that my suv is bigger( then a seltos) never owned A Seltos? After I told them I have a sorento which they knew already. Anyways I would NEVER recommend this Kia service we had to go to Newmarket to buy our new truck

Nick was so helpful when I was looking for a new car. He conducts himself with such a high level of honesty and knew exactly how to find what I was looking for. Efficient, transparent, and an excellent price. Will be going back to Peterborough Kia for all my car-shopping needs. Highly recommend!

I only gave you the one because I had to to be able to leave I review. Then on July 15th 2024 our Kia soul went in for a recall dropped it off around 9:00 in the morning the appointment was at 10:30 at 11:30 we receive a call stating that the car won't go into drive that it was stuck in park I drove the vehicle there and we had drove it many days prior with no problems. Basically the service people told me it was my problem I would have to repair at my cost I'm not or my wife not the one that broke it so I had it towed home
