I have dealt with Quans for years as did my parents when we lived in Unionville. I grew up and attended Markham High with the family. I will NEVER buy anything from there again. I went in on Friday where the fellow (one of the Quan's) actually argued with me when I was trying to buy a dishwasher. We needed something unique as our plumbing would only accommodate two brands. He insisted on selling me a Bosch as he said I'd be returning the other one (which he would not even show me). WHY DO THEY SELL THEM THEN? He told me to change the plumbing and insisted on hiring someone he knew that can even build houses?? I said we had a plumber look at it. He then said, well they don't know what they're talking about. I was telling a friend who recently bought from this same young man and she did say, he was not very pleasant to deal with but they needed a smaller size and that was the only place she'd go. She agreed she would not go back. We have always had good service and this totally changed my mind. He was one of the rudest sales people I've ever dealt with. I wanted to buy local from an independent but ended up going to the Brick where we received excellent service. Also do not try to call them as they have no answering machine and don't appear to answer anyway.

I can’t say enough good things about Quan TV & Appliances! Our fridge died right before Labour Day weekend and we had a houseful of people coming. I contacted the Peterborough store and within a couple of days the new fridge was delivered. They saved our bacon, (literally!), and our long weekend! Alan provided excellent service making sure our needs were met and just made everything a breeze. The delivery guys are true professionals. Very courteous and they really know what they’re doing. From getting to our house in the middle of nowhere to getting the fridge placed right where we wanted it, they made everything look smooth and seamless. And they even removed our old fridge! I really couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, from a very happy customer!

Amazing customer service. Walked in to purchase a dishwasher and had everything organized for delivery and installation before I left. New dish washer in my house 2 days later.

We recently purchase a stove and microwave from Alan at Peterborough Quans and were very happy with the knowledge, advice and prompt service provided. The prices were very competitive and we will be back again in the future.

If I could get of it zero Stars I would bugs bugs everywhere bugs and everything let alone have you seen the guys Apartments they're terrible if you can't keep those claims what makes you think you can keep a washing machine clean absolutely terrible Place do not go there

Sold my best friend a stove that would catch his house on fire because there was no burner in it. When you turn it on it would arc electricity. A month later still arguing to get their money back. Not gonna shop here ever.

Prices are pretty comparable maybe 100 bucks more but you don’t have to wait for it. You buy your appliances and you leave with them. Great service nice people
