Customer service is not great. They couldn't help me with what I needed, which is understandable, but they also didn't really try. Just kind of a "yeahhh... I don't know, sorry I guess".

I just started with RBC I really like the customer service each employee presents. I forgot direct deposit slips the day before and they were happy to assist me I'm going to build a budget and try not buy so many guitars I like playing guitar and I enjoy RBC

Terrible, terrible customer service!Went into the George St branch for my LIRA pension (and another pension buyout) and after my 4th or 5th appointment, my paperwork was never faxed! There was a deadline as well, so I was contacted by the pension company by phone wondering why my paperwork was never corrected in time?So many mistakes I lost count.When I first contacted the financial advisor, I was told by him I couldn't even do what I wanted as I wasn't retired yet. LOLIf I could give zero stars I would.Moving my money out of RBC.

Last year I reported my bank card stolen with the Belleville Police as with the rest of my purse contents including my cell phone and access codes for Google and my RBC account. I have returned to my home branch to still to this day NOT BEEN ABLE TO ASCCESS MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ID. i had to borrow money last September to pay for the photo id required at my home branch however the company responsible for allowing me to collect mail refuses to send it to me back in my home in Oshawa. I have paid more money tom service Ontario to change the address to have my own id card but again sent to Belleville. once again I try and try but it is still unbeknownst to me why originally I gave my home branch copies of my health card drivers license and my daughters as well. HMMMM. Well it has been almost a year since I had access to the GST HST and the money that our federal government allotted for me. just recently I changed banks and I lost my card. All I had to do is answer the security questions, because that is why we all do them on line. How tragic.

This level of customer service is appallingly bad. I need to SPEAK to someone and not the automated assistant. YOU need me to supply a death certificate. This is not a great time in general and know that your inability to respond in real time is offensive. One star only because it would not let me proceed without at least that.

Terrible service. The fact that their ATM isn't even available on weekends shows that this bank clearly does not value the needs of their customers.

Would love to give this branch 4 or 5 stars based on the excellent service on weekdays. However they are the only bank branch in the downtown core who lock their doors for their ATM. It is extremely frustrating to not be able to withdraw money from my own bank at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. Wish they could renovate to put an ATM on an outside wall, like the RBC Chemong location, or weren't so worried about cleaning expenses from having a vestibule that is readily accessible to the public.

Very helpful staff but very slow and always line up. Can use extra staff or maximize output.
