I recently shopped at this location twice this week. The woman who assisted me on Saturday was super helpful and even shared that RW & Co encourages the customer to get the clothing hemmed to make them fit better for your figure and that they will reimburse you with a gift card (up to $50) per shopping trip. I headed over to Stitch It and was reimbursed the gift card. As someone who is short, this benefits me greatly! Thank you

Haven’t felt so compelled to review an experience at a mall store… maybe ever. Visited the store at 7pm on April 4th. There was a young man and woman working - they discussed how the young woman worked at one fine foods and she criticized their scheduling process. The young man’s friend or sister (I wasn’t fully listening) just applied for a job at one fine foods.
I tried on several blazers. I wandered aimlessly waiting for either of them to acknowledge my existence, let alone offer assistance. During my time, another man and woman entered the store. They too were ignored. All of us left without purchasing.
I need a blazer. I need it for a work trip on Sunday - but I refuse to make a purchase in a store that cannot practice basic customer service.
This should absolutely be something this store prioritizes. In a mall where numerous stores have closed or are in the process of closing, a simple “hey how are you?” Would have gone a long way.

Love this Canadian brand. Great selection of elevated yet affordable styles in menswear, womenswear, and maternity/nursing as well! All online orders are returned in-store right back onto your card to avoid the hassle of sending things back. What's not to love!

One of my favorite clothing stores. The style and quality is incredible. I love Rob (store manager) in Peterborough because he is so helpful and kind, and runs an organized and clean store. I highly recommend shopping here for all events!

Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I ordered a suit online from RW & Co and it was mislaid by the courier. Yesterday I telephoned RW & Co. Customer Service and they refunded me the money of the suit. Luckily the staff at this store helped me to resolve the problem by guiding me to customer service and get the item that I wanted in store!
