Went in to spend a $100 gift card I got for my birthday, went up to pay and the lady behind the counter could not care less, she was rude and short and didn’t make eye contact. We got to the payment portion and I pulled out my gift card she said nothing so I tried to swipe it on the machine and she got upset and rudely stated “you have to hand that to me”, she wasn’t wearing a name tag but I wouldn’t wear mine either if I was as rude as her, it’s easy to be awful when you know no one can complain about you.

I came into the store after a botched eyebrow waxing not knowing what to do. The specialist named Morgan (i think that’s her name) showed me exactly how to fill in and fix my eyebrows and what products to use, she’s heaven sent and I couldn’t thank her enough

Honestly my allergies go wild when I walk into this store. Their prices are insane I find but the employees are pretty friendly so I'll give 3 stars.

I was so nervous to step into a Sephora seeing is how my make up game isn’t what it used to be but all the staff were kind and supportive!!! My wedding is this Sunday and the lady who did my eyebrows today shaped them perfectly!!! Thank you so much for bringing back some lost confidence!!! Can’t wait to see you all Sunday for my first ever ultimate glam session!! Who knows maybe I can finally get some good foundation that actually matches my skin tone!! You don’t just sell products you educate and boost confidence. Thank you so much for being just the best!!!

Just wanted to write a review and thank Jorja (hopefully spelt her name right). She was amazing at her job and helped me learn how to do my eye makeup for grad photos. She was so kind and knew what she was doing.

I always go to this location in Peterborough, the lady who assisted me was fantastic, i do not have any knowledge in make up but she made it easy for me she took her time to explain and answered my questions. Also I came to do an exchange and she quickly assisted and offered me if i want to smell some other perfume all in all customer service was GREAT!!!! Oh and Thank you for the birthday gift!!! Will be back definitely🥰

Giving this location 1 star as you can see the way the staff interact with one another . It is truly disturbing to see, kind of like being in high school type of behaviour. Staff need better training in interacting with each other and with customers in the store. Management needs to step in and go though better training with employees and how to talk to customers and their OWN staff, you can see some people hate their job or not meant for customer service. I hope they do better.

It’s pretty sad when you can’t look around without being harassed… I went in today with my friend and as soon as we walked in I was asked if I needed help. I politely declined and said that I was just browsing. Not even a minute later I am asked again, in which I politely declined once again. Maybe 2 minutes later I am asked once again and I declined…again, in which that employee started to follow my friend and I around making me feel very uncomfortable as it was like she was insinuating that she felt that I or my friend would steal. As that lady followed us around another staff member walked up to us asking if we needed help.(I am a rouge member and have never nor will I ever steal). It’s disgusting that they profile you as soon as you walk through the door based on your age or what you look like. I literally had to walk out from the store as I was constantly being pestered and followed. If someone needs help they will ask for it. Not to everyone in the store has no clue what they are looking for or what they need, and some people just want to look around.
