“I went into this store last week to ship two parcels to friends. The staff member who helped me was very polite and attentive. He found me a box that was perfect size for the item I was shipping. Most importantly, one of the packages I sent was not delivered correctly (despite the correct label and shipping info), and when I called this UPS store for help, they were on it immediately. They tracked down the package, spoke to the driver, made sure the package would be picked up from the incorrect location, and delivered asap to my friend. They called back to let me know what was happening, and followed up with another call to make sure the package was delivered correctly. All in all, excellent service.”
