We just had an early supper at Swiss Chalet - Towerhill. EXCELLENT experience!! This location is CONSISTENTLY fantastic across the board - food is hot and delicious - they offer good specials on a regular basis - greeters and servers are TREMENDOUS! Today we had the good fortune to have April - an absolute sweetheart! April is soooo great in her role and she makes your meal so enjoyable - a ray of sunshine!! We always appreciate her kindness. All staff that we've interacted with at this restaurant have been amazingly awesome!! Rachel and Hannah are among the stars as well!Excellent service is really what makes your meal enjoyable. This location, because of their staff -the kitchen staff too - definitely deserves 5 stars!!

Had Shannon as a server and she was just delightful. She gave us recommendations and even was willing to chat with us in passing while still attending to all the other tables just as much! Definitely the best Swiss chalet I’ve been and service was fast and kind.

We love going to Swiss Chalet at the Towerhill location. It's our go to for our weekly date night. We have come to know most of the wait staff and they know us too. They are without exception warm and friendly, and they give us a great experience as well as uniformly great service!
