THERE IS A TINY SCRATCH GETTING IT INTO OUR PANTRY. THE FELLOW WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT MENTIONING IT TO ME, OTHERWISE HE AND HIS CO-WORKER WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY POLITE IN EVERY WAY. THE SCRATCH DOESN'T DETER FROM THE FUNCTION OF THE FREEZER SO I SAID IT WAS OKAY. EVERYTHING WAS VERY WELL DONE.

If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would! I am very happy with the entire process of receiving my brand new sofa from the Brick in Peterborough. Starting with the excellent customer service from Tony and Amanda, I was very pleased to see the online updates and then a phone call from Tim and Dayton in the delivery truck to let me know exactly how far away they were. They even arrived early in comparison to what I could see on the website updates. They did a fantastic job carefully and professionally fitting my new and beautiful big sofa through my door! Many thanks to all! I will highly recommend The Peterborough Brick to my family and friends.

Bought an upright freezer from the Brick. The sales rep wasn't pushy or trying to up sell me. Got a break on the delivery price, tracked my delivery in real time so I knew when it was coming within minutes of the delivery and the delivery guys were fantastic. I have no complaints.
