Stopped in for a home Depot ornament and Trinity not only told me where they were but walked by to the location. Then when I decided to get a dozen she showed me where the hand baskets were.
This is what retail was when I was a manager and I'm so glad to see this kind of customer service still in practice.

It's a good store. They have what we are looking for. My only complaint would be little staff. When you find someone they are really good but we have left when we couldn't find someone.

The Peterborough Home Depot is a great store. The customer service and product knowledge is top notch. We have done several large projects utilizing Home Depot products and services. The store manager Dan, and the Pro Team have been great. Many thanks.

Dont try calling to ask a question no one ever answers. Like ever 4-5 times ive called no one ever picked up. Went to c.t. instead

Stephen in Lumber was so incredibly helpful! He helped me load my wood into my car, and even cut the wood again so it would fit into my tiny vehicle ! Certainly made the experience a great one :)

I was in store and placed an order for a leaf blower. I was told it was a discontinued product but they would still ship it to store etc. I paid that day and received a receipt and invoice and was told it should be delivered shortly after. I never received a confirmation email of the order or of shipping. Today I called and reached the customer service desk and inquired about the order. I was informed, "Oh that order was canceled because we aren't able to get that product in store". As I had already paid I asked if I when they planned on advising me of this change and was given the answer, "I'm not sure". I asked them to refund the card and was told that I was still able to get the product if I wanted them to place the order. They seem disorganized, confused and ill-informed on their own protocols. I told them to go ahead and replace the order however I'm not confident anything will come of this and I'll likely have to reach back out for a refund. We'll see how it goes!
