The receipt in my photo is from the McDonald's in the same lot as the independent, Willowbrook Centre. All I bought was a fish Fillet, no fries, drink just the sandwich it was just under $10 I was shocked. It's the same size we used to get in a kids meal until they stopped doing the fish kids meal. The week later I got a cheese burger kids meal for unde $7. How stupid it that. The fish was nasty and cold. Way overpriced for garbage.

The Independent had only 1 cashier that was backed up... I had only a couple of items. I don't like self check out, I want to talk to a real person while I finish up and pay. It's part of the whole experience, I was very disappointed.

This store is only one at the one end of town which makes it handy that way, however prices definitely reflect on that as many items are priced much higher then same item at other local stores.
