Abhorrent treatment by the manager on Feb 13. Brutal service and totally dismissive of customer inquiries. This new-to-towner has no idea how to treat people or attempt to fit in, in a small town. And even worse, he doesn't care. He needs an in-depth workshop on how to deal with customers as well as to be disciplined by his management. He verbally accosted me, right down to calling me names/insults/personal attacks which was absolutely pathetic. I have never been treated worse by a manager of a business in a lifetime of living in the same town. His head office has been contacted and there is a formal complaint case pending. Have posted this in case others have had similar experience. There have been many, many managers at that store, from both Petrolia and out-of-town, over the years and almost unequivocally, they have been good and decent people. This clown is the absolute exception to that. Don't ask him any questions - he may go off on you!

Can someone please tell me why circle k workers talk on the phone when serving customers???? Usually it's just an airpod in the ear but tonight she was straight up talking on her phone while ringing me up. Like retail customer service where?? It's getting out of hand.

First time I have ever been in this store. Ahmed was extremely rude and impolite. I went in to redeem prizes I had won in the rock, paper, scissors game & he would not explain how I was to redeem the items. Very non verbal and only pointed at items.
