Phenomenal customer service! Jen goes above and beyond for customers. She called to say she overcharged us $6 and was sure to get us a refund/credit. So unexpected (we didn’t even notice!) but also appreciate the effort to ensure we were taken care of.

This has been the second time in the last month I was in the Petrolia M&M Food Market and I can’t say enough great things about the young gentleman that waited on me. This most recent stop in I asked him who he was related to from the family and he said Jenny’s youngest son. I told him he was just like his Mama. When I go in a store that is what I love seeing a person who is polite, friendly, happy and all around helpful person. Kudos to you Jenny on raising such a well rounded young man and to have him working along side you. I have been telling whoever I can about him and my experience that day because its something I can honestly say and sad to be saying it, is I don’t see it much in this day and age. Thank you

This is our local M&M so we've used it several times. The products are standard across the chain and fairly decent. However on three separate occasions we've had... unusual customer service. Items ordered but not put into the order. Unusual comments from staff and then there was today. My wife was in to pick up the oriental party pack. She was told by the employee that she must have meant the Indian or Mexican party pack... which is very odd since we bought the oriental party pack for New Years. I get it that sometimes mistakes happen and overall we like the products but with the unusual service there we will probably go into Sarnia from now on.
