Today I visited McLaren Equipment for my third piece of Stihl power equipment. I can say without a doubt that McLaren is by far the best dealer for power tools I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Dale is very friendly and knowledgeable about all products. I purchased this Stihl leaf blower pictured 6 years ago and it has been a very reliable product. 2 weeks ago I purchased a fs56 weed trimmer and today I completed the set with a gas Stihl lawn mower. I’m happy I was able to get this lawn mower since Honda doesn’t make gas mowers anymore. I would highly recommend purchasing any piece of Stihl equipment from McLaren Equipment. I hope to one day buy a nice John Deere tractor and I know for sure where I’ll be getting it from.

Fantastic team to deal with (Stephanie & Glenda).
I did my research and knew what I wanted. Made the call and from first call the service I received was exceptional. My new X380 will arrive just in time to begin the season. I plan to use McLaren for all my future Tractor needs, because your not a number, you're a customer.

McLaren Equipment (Leanne) notified me that one of their Service Technicians would be able to attend my home and complete all work required on a brake recall service on my John Deere 1025R. They also advised me they would be able to complete the 200hr service that was due.
A large McLaren Equipment truck pulled into my driveway first thing on the morning of my appointment. Adam opened up the back of his truck which was meticulously organized and clean. He selected all the tools he would require and a carefully arranged box of new parts dedicated to my 1025R.
It was clear right away that Adam was extremely knowledgeable, competent and a true professional. He removed the FEL and gave me an excellent tutorial on removing it more efficiently. He began to work his way around the tractor counter-clockwise and obviously had a concise way of approaching this maintenance.
I was well aware of the service work required in the 200hr service, but what I was even more impressed with was the extra time and attention to detail that Adam took as he made his way around the tractor. He inspected every little nook and cranny. While working, he offered suggestions on care, use and maintenance of the tractor and several of our implements. He advised us on some more efficient storage options, other implements that may be pertinent to our property and some pro tips on using the implements we had already been utilizing for the past 3 years.
It was a pleasure to watch Adam work and an extremely valuable opportunity to learn more about the operation of this tractor. Adam had patience for my questions and possessed a wealth of information that he readily shared with me. Just a great experience all around. Many, many thanks to Adam and to Leanne for getting this organized and done!

Excellent service from the McLaren team! Stephanie, Tammy, Sean, and Adam were all a great help and got my 3039r compact tractor back on the road for the snow all in the same day. I recently purchased a slightly used 4066R tractor from Stephanie Winter at McLaren Equipment in Phelpston. She was very helpful with the purchase as I was located in B.C.
She had great knowledge of the product, was very professional in her dealings, and facilitated the shipping from Ontario to B.C. I would highly recommend her as a sales representative for this dealership.

I had a great experience at McLaren buying a new attachment for my 4 series John Deere tractor from Preston. As a new business owner, I'm looking to add services that provide customers with value and a variety of options. YouTube is great for research, but the product that Preston recommended to me is made here in Canada and wasn't on my radar until he mentioned it. His expertise is demonstrative of how a well informed salesperson can give your business a competitive advantage. If and when I'm considering expanding the services I offer in the future, I'm confident that I can consult with McLaren again to help insure that I'm successful in my endeavors.
