I recently visited the 7-Eleven in Pickering and once again had a great experience. The store is in a very convenient location and is always clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my visit.
The store manager was personally involved on the floor and was even sampling out new items, including the Matcha latte and potato edges. It was great to see that level of engagement and pride in both customer service and food quality. The Matcha latte was smooth and flavorful, and the potato edges were hot, crispy, and delicious.
Overall, the food quality, cleanliness, and leadership at this location really stand out. This 7-Eleven sets a high standard and is highly recommended for anyone in the Pickering area.

I'd be careful of their breakfast wraps. Had one yesterday, smelt off. Had a few bites and tasted off. Got rid of the wrap but my stomach has been in pain since. That's what I get for trusting a convience store egg wrap.

Good syore nice selection, their too good too go bags could use some work, as they usually just stick all the hard croissants and danishes in the bag, no variety, used to be you get at least one of everything they had

I had one of the worst experiences with the cashiers during my recent visit. The behavior was extremely unprofessional and came across as discriminatory. The issue was a simple miscommunication regarding a customer pick-up order—my friend went to collect the order on my behalf, but instead of assisting us or finding a solution, the cashiers outright refused to hand it over and were very rude in their responses.
In particular, the cashier with the name tag ANS and a female staff member working the night shift showed unnecessary attitude and made no effort to resolve the matter. Their conduct was unacceptable and left my friends and me with a very negative impression.
The only positive aspect of this experience was Ahmed, a cashier who stepped in, treated us with respect, and helped resolve the situation. His professionalism was appreciated, but overall, the incident was deeply disappointing.

Wow, truly impressive!
I'm very satisfied with the service.The staff were respectful and professional—especially Mr. Kaisar, who was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Highly appreciated!

First time here. OLG down. Asked for a Big Spin lottery ticket and they the guy that worked there didn't know what I was talking about and said they didn't have. There was so much on the counter I couldn't see any tickets to make an alternate selection. They also don't carry stamps according to the guy. Clearly better trained staff is needed. I kepted asking for a manager but I was ignored.

Had a great experience at 7-Eleven! The wings were surprisingly tasty, crispy and flavorful. Big shoutout to Tamanna for the amazing customer service. Super friendly, helpful, and made the visit even better. Definitely coming back!
