I had a very bad experience at the store. Someone took my wallet and stole all my CAD and USD cash. I am still waiting for an update. They told me they would call me but until now no update

Great experience in-store today.
When I walked through the door, I was greeted immediately and directed to cash for help with my pickup order. I had placed a pick-up in-store order during the sale on three-wick candles (which showed in stock at the Pickering location). I mistakenly thought my order was ready for pickup after quickly opening the confirmation email.
I drove to Pickering Town Centre (I was coming from Oshawa and with my one-year-old) only to realize once in store that my order couldn’t be fulfilled and had been cancelled. This was my mistake for not opening the correct email.
I believe it was the manager on duty (a brunette) was incredibly kind. Without hesitation, she honoured the sale price on two candles that were in stock and even helped me choose similar scents to what I originally wanted.
I truly appreciated the amazing customer service. I highly recommend Bath & Body Works, and I’ll definitely be shopping at this location again after such a great experience!

The store is supposed to close at 7pm but the lady refused to open the store at 6:50pm.
I showed her the time from outside the store but she didn’t let us in the store while there were other customers shopping inside that had entered already

I am extremely upset with my recent experience at Bath & Body Works. As a woman of color, I made two separate purchases and politely asked if I could receive an additional coupon for the second transaction. To my surprise, I was told no, citing the policy of one coupon per person, not per transaction. However, I witnessed other customers—who were not people of color—being given two coupons, often without even asking. When I brought this up, the staff dismissed my concerns, repeating the same policy while continuing to treat others differently. This feels incredibly unfair and, frankly, discriminatory. I am disgusted by how I was treated, and it’s hard to ignore the possibility of racial bias. I hope the manager addresses this immediately and ensures all customers are treated with the same respect and fairness

Discriminatory stuff ... I'm very upset after my experience at Bath & body works in 2024 I didn't expect to experience such blatant racism... I have shopped at this location for many years I have not experienced this before.. I won't be shopping at this location any longer...

I love this place so much. Their products smell so good, especially the candles and hand soaps. There’s so many fragrances to choose from and they always have the best sales. The staff at this location are friendly, helpful when you need assistance, and they allow you to shop in peace. Their return policy is quite generous which makes shopping worry-free. I always stop by often to check their new fragrances plus top-up on all my favourites. Oh btw, let me not forget to mention how nicely fragrant the store smells. You should go!!

My daughter and I went to this location on Sunday March 10th around 1pm. We were greeted upon entrance and the staff at this location are always pleasant. No one followed us around just a quick in and out and went about our day.
