They are very responsive at this branch. It's not my local branch, but I started coming here recently because the customer service is a lot better. Luna, Rabia and Steve have all been very professional and helpful so far.

This branch is one of the worst branch I dealt with. The Advisor and Manager setup “misleading” expectations with the client. Continue to hold my funds for no legitimate reasons and when I visited to discuss the situation they do not know what is going on and blame it on the back office like I am supposed to know what their back office. If you are looking for simple customer service CIBC is not the bank for you!

This used to be a real branch, Now there are no tellers, just a table with ipads, it's just glorified online banking. Go elsewhere if you want real banking.
