Saema was knowledgeable and wonderful at the store and the delivery men were fabulous. On time, exceptionally helpful and lovely to deal with - even when making a delivery to our cottage, on an island, in Lake Muskoka! We highly recommend Cozy Living Pickering and their delivery service.

Quality, selection, price and service! Cozy Living has it all. Al and Saima walked me through the showroom while chatting about the vision for my new space. They had everything I needed and more. I am so thrilled with my new sectional and kitchen table. I will definitely be back for more great furniture pieces.
The great service continued with the delivery and set up. They were quick, tidy and knowledgeable about the products. They inspected and placed the furniture like it was their own. And they took the packing with them.

Ok, i am gonna leave another review just to reply yours.
first, you offered 11000, I asked nicely if 8000 works, how come that's ridiculously low? if you dont like my offer, you could just say no instead of asking me just go Walmart. if you dont remember, ask your employee! Don't play victim on internet for your rudenss attitude instore! I live in canada for more than 10 years, i left reviews only if i think its nessary. You can check your reviews, so many complain about your rudeness and poor customer services. Learn how to treat your customer nicely if you wanna my advise! good luck!

We just bought our new sofa and recliners from Cozy Living! We visited 4 different stores, and Cozy Living had the best selection, prices, and staff. The staff was very knowledgeable and made it a very enjoyable experience.

Nadeem and his staff were extremely helpful in our search to find the perfect sofa set for our family room. The showroom has a large selection of furniture and accessories for all rooms in the house. The delivery team was also amazing. They came on time and took care of all the details. You won’t be disappointed shopping at Cozy Living!

I stayed for a week.I was doubled charged for laundry service (when I dropped off & when I picked it up) and one of my white shirts was returned to me with a blue stain. (a shirt worth $100usd)Room was okay. But other guests were loud and woke me up, the rooms have no sound proofing.

This furniture store has the best furniture ever if you are looking for high quality Canadian made contemporary furniture! We recently purchased a dining table with 6 chairs & we love it!! Nadeem & his helper personally delivered & set it up with such care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place!!

Salesman swore at me over the phone and hung up. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

My wife and I recently shopped at Cozy Living for furniture for our front entrance. The staff were great, let us shop without following us around and gave us some great suggestions. Nadeem asked if we needed help and we mentioned our concern on whether a table and bench would fit our space. He had them delivered to our house so we could see them where we were planning. He did not expect anything other than to make sure we were happy. The bench was a bit too big and he even offered to have it picked up, made smaller and then delivered back to us. We have never encountered such fantastic customer service. We will shop there again and would definitely recommend to all our family and friends. We love our new furniture.

According to the Cozy Living website, "our friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist you with the selection of furniture and accessory options that best reflect your personal taste, lifestyle and budget." is the farthest from the truth.The so called "knowledgeable staff" (Saima) failed to mention there would be a range of possible table surfaces (from smooth to extremely rough) until after our purchase came in. The possible differences in table surfaces were never mentioned during our conversation. We ended up with an rustic appearance for our coffee table and 2 end tables although the floor model had a relatively smooth surface. In our opinion, it is a crap shoot as to what you get.The touted "friendly service" is actually 'we've washed our hands - you're on your own." While trying to clarify how the purchase went so wrong, we were told by the sales manager Al and Nadeem that we were rude and Al suggested we were trying "to con and back him into a corner." There is zero problem solving to correct their error. The store manager suggested we would lose in court! As for the "best budget, lifestyle and personal taste" options, we are out thousands of dollars for three tables that do not fit into our decor. We expected the tables to compliment a formal living room and now we are stuck with something that belongs in a cottage.Do not purchase from this company. You will have many headaches, grief. If you like the style of a product, go elsewhere where another staff would provide complete information, better prices and customer satisfaction.We will never purchase from Cozy Living again.
