Good store, always able to find what I am looking for, but today I asked one of the cashiers to cash me out just now as I had so many items in my hand. It was empty and he was free but he said 'just use self check out'. Isn't your job to attend to customers? If you're too lazy to do front line service, then find another job.

Bought nail cutters and turned out to be horrible. Went to return and came to know that dollarama has no return or exchange policy. Is that even possible in canada? Dollarma u lost a loyal customer today

Just came out of the store with horrible experience. I did the self checkout and all these indians staff coming over as if i am stealing. I have 2 bags worth goods that can’t fit in bagging area. I only got 1 bag at first and my goods didn’t fit so I asked cashier for one more bag separately, she cashed me out but didn’t gave me a bag. I asked her again and she kept looking at me until I exited the building as if I am stealing the products that were in hand separately. God. Never coming back. Have a better staff!!!!!!!

I normally go to this location because it's close to my house and I was having issues scanning lemon juice because there's no barcode so I asked the employees they could help me and he was so rude and so disrespectful over a simple question I am not impressed at all!

You can always find the staff following you around, makes you feel uncomfortable as if your stealing or something, and also they should call the store $5 and under because there is barley anything in their store for $1!

I used to like doing shopping here but my gosh I witnessed an horrible experience today, the lady named(Soma) was so rude and using bad words to their staff I don’t know if she was supervisor or manager but she have zero manners. NO ONE HAVE RIGHT TO INSULT AN HUMAN BEING.

Shopped at Dollarama (Brock road, Pickering). Place is good. Special mention for the Indian girl at the counter at 19:00 hours on 16 March 2024 for wrapping the delicate items we purchased at the store. Kudos to the customer service provided.

I paid a visit to the store today with the intention of exploring their craft section, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of organization they maintain in that area. Finding the items I needed was a straightforward task. I'm currently working on crafting keychains and was in search of the essential rings to complete my project. I appreciated the fact that there was always a good selection to choose from. When it came time to check out, I opted for the self-checkout option, and I liked the added convenience of being able to use any spare change I had in those large machines.
