Not impressed with my experience last Mother’s Day and I would reconsider if you are thinking of ordering this year. I ordered an arrangement for pickup last year for my mother in law under the impression this location would be open until 7 pm (they were advertising a late closing time online). When I arrived at 6 pm to pick up the arrangement, the store was closed with the lights off. When I called the next day for a refund, they gave me the run around saying they could only give store credit. Bc I don’t live in the area it didn’t sense to get a store credit, I ended up calling 3-4 times before getting the manager/owner to agree to a refund which I still haven’t received to this day. This location is ruining Edible Arrangements reputation. I will never order again.

The two stars are for delivery, as far as the product no stars. Sent an arrangement to a family member, some of the fruit was moldy. Made contact with Edible Arrangements and they didn’t seem to interested as to why this happened. Won’t be ordering anything from this company

I literally just picked up an arrangement for my husband for Valentine's Day. I get to the car and I realize wait. This isn't what I ordered so I go back into the store and I tell them that it's supposed to be a mug with the strawberries with pineapple and dipped strawberries. Show the guy the bill and he's like. Yeah it's supposed to be a mug. He comes back out and gives me just a mug in my hand..I'm like um ok... He then asked me, Oh do you want me to put it in there? I'm just looking at him like what the hell so I tell him forget it whatever, because I'm not pleased at all. If He was going to go back into the back and give me the ordered, like switch them out it would of been the right thing to do but nope. He just comes out with a mug and says here you go. This is to compensate for us not giving you the mug. I then leave and get in the car. I'm driving home and I noticed as I look at the bouquet that the chocolate on the strawberries doesn't have sprinkles on it where I paid for sprinkles on it too. Then I realize I don't have my bill anymore because the guy took my bill and didn't give it back to me. So I don't even know who I would complain to now at this point can't call the store because it's busy. I'm just saying I'm not impressed. This is the first time I ordered anything from here and I probably will not again. Oh and on the plus side when I get home I open up the box for the little cakes and they're everywhere all over the box so they were just kind of swinging on a string on the box attached to the arrangement. Just saying the amount that I paid for this. It was over $100. Not worth it.

What could be better than fresh fruit and Chocolate, maybe more chocolate , Never seen this place before but wow service is great and there are so many varieties and dishes to explore and Did I mention the amazing chocolate.

I'd ordered the doves and daisies fruit bouquet for a friend. I called the location to reconfirm the order and they were very friendly and polite.Upon pick-up at the store, the bouquet was ready and looked beautiful. We were very impressed with it!Glad to also have a convenient location to pick-up from.Customer-service here is really good. I would highly recommend this location.

Edible Arrangements - Pickering, Ontario, October 14thThe owner and individual who prepared the bouquet were fantastic. I was uncertain if I works be able to obtain thus gift of gratitude for my friend. Edible Arrangements made it happen with fresh fruits in a beautiful looking bouquet. It was a fantastic experience.

Bought from this location twice (once for Mother’s Day and once for Father’s Day) and both times the fruit bouquet’s looked very sloppy and it almost looks as if they didn’t put as much fruit as they were supposed to. It looks like I was given a small instead of the large size that I ordered. Very disappointing seeing as how I paid almost $100 for each order and they couldn’t even take the time to do it properly
