This is the worst Esso station for customer service to date!!
The Tim Hortons inside is very hospitable...so far.
The short brown skinned man is outright rude!!
I went in to use the washroo. I was in there less than a minute, and someone started banging on the bathroom door. I yelled, occupied, and then it stopped.
I questioned him about it, and he looked at me as though I had just kicked him in the groin!!
Extremely BAD customer service, to say the least!!!
This is not the first time he's been rude.
But it will be the last time!!!

I recently visited this gas station and had an extremely unpleasant experience with an employee named Kashkal at the cashier. Two days ago, we went to purchase a Vuse pod, and he rudely propped his elbows on the counter, scrutinizing our ID for a prolonged period before stating that it was expired and refusing the sale. We returned home to retrieve a valid ID and upon presenting it, he once again inspected it excessively long and still refused to sell us the pod. When we asked for his name, he showed it to us with a disrespectful attitude and said, "Do whatever you want." Such a rude, mocking, and unprofessional employee, who refuses to make sales based on his personal whims, should not be working at any establishment. My rating for this place is zero stars, and I will continue to file complaints with the appropriate authorities.

If you are wanting to wash your car, stay away from this car wash.
The full car wash package didn’t even clean the bird crap off my car.
Showed the clerk behind the desk and he said “too bad”
Asked if I could go through again as it didn’t clean the car and was told “no” and walked away
Poor customer service.
I will go to other gas stations from now on and suggest you do aswell, atleast if you are looking to use the car wash.

If you are coming or going to any other area other than Pickering, get your gas there. Not here. Always more expensive than everywhere else.

I use this location for the car wash. The car wash is great. The reason for the 3 stars is the car wash is often not operational.

Near the west bound Liverpool 401exit and entrance. There is a Loblaws across the road. Which is handy for those unfortunate random travel emergencies if you are there during the day.

Super convenient location in Pickering. Good amount of pumps too. I go here when I'm out shopping and have never had a bad experience! Highly recommended.

Esso went from touch less to brush wash. I used it, Against my better judgment, it left scratches on my trunk. Don't ever use a brush wash, if you value your car/truck. Your welcome?
