Bought my daughter a pair of shoes in this store while on our visit to Canada. They helped us and answered our questions and accommodated our requests though it was their closing time for the day. Appreciate the young guy and lady (sorry didn’t ask for their names) for the customer service.

I haven’t been a regular customer but will be. Despite being very busy near closing time, with many customers, the staff was very attentive, polite and extremely helpful. They really have a high bar of service & knowledge with the ability to multi-task managing many customers in the store without any of them feeling falling through the cracks. Was very exceptional!

Wednesday, March 13 @ 6:30pm…. Walked in ready to buy a pair of Nike Air Force 1.As I said hi to the two employees…BOTH of them made eye contact with me, didn’t say hi back and proceeded to pull out their phones and put their heads down. 100% ignoring my family’s existence.We walked through the store, saw the shoes we were going to buy, but again BOTH employees couldn’t keep their eyes off their phones to bother asking if we needed help. So we left and ended up ordering them from Nike directly.A lost sale 100% because of two employees who felt what was on their phone was more important than doing their jobs and simply saying hi back to a family that walked into their store.Worked retail for years… can’t think of a single job where it would be acceptable to not say hi to a customer, let alone one that said hi to you.

I went there today to return an item I purchased online. I was there at like 1030 in the morning. There is a light skin girl with gold long braids at the cashier. She had the most nastiest attitude on her phone the whole time texting. The other guy at the store was pretty helpful. That girl needs to bw fired because she has issues shes dealing with. At a point i had to tell her she should have stayed home if she doesnt feel like working at the store. Her attitude is disgusting.

Update…Ty is amazing and explained issue when I went in the store!!! Worst location, other foot locker locations have been trying to contact that store! THEY KEEP THERE PHONE OFF THE HOOK INTENTIONALLY!!! Head office will be getting a phone call about this location!

Foot locker is dope. I still get my kicks at Nike on the web, but this weekend I was ssgartles by a pair of adidas in the coolest blue-green colour. The staff are friendly and helpful, and althought Pickering isn't a huge flagship store, you can still get your Chuck Taylors, vans or any other big name brand. They carry the Jordan Flight brand as well if you want a bit better quality.
