I recently had my Lincoln Navigator serviced at Formula Ford Lincoln, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and incredibly supportive. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly.
Special thanks to the service department for their attention to detail and making sure I felt safe and confident getting back on the road. It’s rare to find a dealership that actually cares — and this team delivered. Highly recommend!

My experience with Ford has been beyond abysmol. I have not been able to reach anyone all day, I called the manager directly and I heard him pick up the phone and then close it.
Beyond this, instead of transferring me to the correct department, I have spoken with three departments of Ford independently, and all have given me different answers, making me question the internal alignment of the company.
While I am sure their in person support is much greater from other reviews, if you are a person who does not have time to deal with a tedious calling process, this might be your absolute worst nightmare.
If anyone from Ford has an opportunity to read this, I think that this is a contributive factor to why your stock is down 16% this year (beyond tarrifs), fixing this misalignment might allow for a better experience for your customers. I will NOT ever be shopping with Ford ever again, and I will be adivisng everyone I know the same.

I recently blew a tire late night and had my vehicle towed to Formula Ford. Despite being incredibly busy, they were able to get me in, order and receive new tires and have it ready before the end of my work day - which was such a relief as I live 60km away. I cannot say enough about the high level of customer service that I experience time after time from this team. A huge thank you to Kim, Rochelle, Jack, Phil, Stu and the rest of the team in the service department.

The Service Department is highly recommended. We purchased our Ford Edge from Formula Ford and they've taken care of all our service needs, including those for our Suzuki Grand Vitara. What a great experience I had with the team at Formula Ford Lincoln. Sam on the sales team and Dishant the manager are super helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find and supplied the exact truck I was looking for. We had worked out a great package deal in no time. Smoothest vehicle transaction I have ever had before. A+ and 5 Star Experience. If you are looking for a Ford Vehicle try them first honestly. I had visited 4 other Ford locations and there was no comparison in the help I got from these guys. God bless you guys! Thank you

I had an amazing experience at Formula Ford from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. The process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and courteous.
A special thank you to Stephan Salvador—everything was clearly explained, and the work on my vehicle (transmission and engine fluid flush) was done quickly and thoroughly. I really appreciated how seamless the entire visit was, including the easy and transparent checkout process.
Highly recommend Formula Ford if you're looking for quality service with a team that truly cares. I'll definitely be coming back!

Great service, friendly staff, complimentary uber rides. I bought my car at East Court Ford Lincoln (last place that was able to sell me a car that I wanted that time) and as you can see, I service it at Formula Ford and never went elsewhere.
