Honestly, if i could give a zero. I would the environment is not the same as it used to be. The girls will talk about you when they think you aren't listening or will be rude to your face. Will not be shopping at the garage in the ptc anymore.

This location NEVER answers the phone. Having worked retail, answering the phone should be a priority so customers can check size availability and inventory but I've tried calling multiple times and they've never once answered (this has happened on numerous occasions). I wouldn't recommend trying to call this location, you're better off going to another location!

I was asked how I am 6-8 times in the span of 10 minutes. Honestly just relax!! Felt so overwhelmed and annoyed plus interrupted every minute that I left the store and didn’t wanna come back again. 2 stars only cause the Odessa pant is so nice. Last review says the same… once or twice is fine but you guys are just being annoying. I’m sure they’re being told to do this by someone, it’s not a good sales pitch it’s just annoying. I come to relax not be bombarded.

couldn't shop in peace without the associates constantly bombarding 3-4x with asking us if we needed help, had the dynamite/garage app, asking if they wanted to hold onto are clothes at the counter. Just tried on clothes with friends in seperate fitting rooms and showing each other our outfits. One of our friends had multiple outfits so we stayed in the fitting room area so that we could give her our advice on each one. Even when saying that i did not need help finding sizes in a sweater they would still try and ask to hold onto the larger size that i said i wasnt sure if i wanted to take?? Literally falling us around the store

Garage has really become my go-to for a lot of basics. Their fit goes with my body type pretty well and I find a lot of their stuff cute and easy to style. A while back I was browsing at a store in STC and impulse bought a jacket that was on sale. I wound up not really loving it in the end and came to the PTC location to make a return. This Garage store is laid out pretty similar to other ones with new arrivals nearer to the entrance, clearance items at the back, and accessories near the register. It was a weekday when I arrived so there were minimal staff on hand at the time. I was greeted by the cashier and told her I had a return to make. She asked if it was online or in-store. For the in-store purchases, make sure you have the itemized receipt and not your credit card one. After a quick check and a scan, she let me know it would be refunded to the card that I paid with. My original receipt was stapled to a refund receipt and given back to me.The return went through the same on my credit card which was awesome. Fast and easy service here!
