I had coil overs sourced and installed with a 2 inch drop in the back and 1.7 in the front on my car. I also had them source and install a new grille for my car. They did an incredible job on it. They’re amazing at going through the best options for your vehicle while staying within your budget. Highly recommend them.

As most of us usually do. When it comes for certain upgrades or unique customization to our cars, our first step is to call around, shop around, word-of-mouth, meet other car enthusiasts and ask them where they got their stuff done. I too was in the boat. In winter of 2024 I decided to finally bite the bullet and do some upgrades & customization. Through Google searches and Instagram posts. I called a few different individual shops looking for prices on PPF, looking for prices on audio installation and I found a couple of shops around my area. I gave the shops a call and I went in. I met with the owners as we all do, we have car talk. We all get excited and just get lost in the conversation of going into the history of what we did to our cars up until now. Some of the shops were more than accommodating and yes, were going to get back to me with some prices. Another audio shop didn’t take me serious. In the beginning, I just wanted a simple factory to aftermarket component speaker swap and install installation of subwoofers and amplifiers. The only thing these shops did was take forever to get back to me with prices. I understand shops are busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I let them have a few days. I politely call back. I even take my vehicle to them so they can assess what they’re working with. But still they wanted to do what they wanted to do instead of the ideas that I wanted to do. Then it dawned on me that I remembered someone telling me about this shop that’s in Pickering called Grounded Conceptz. I checked out Grounded Conceptz online and I noticed that they had a sale on some lowering springs that I would love to have installed as well. I called in for the very first time and a gentleman named Jesse answered the phone. As I asked about the product and pricing possibilities. Jesse remained professional and inviting to ask more questions. I don’t wanna hold somebody too long on the phone and he assured me I am not taking up his time. Fast-forward to me finally going in and meeting with Jesse and the owner Jamie and we start talking shop. I revealed to them why I decided to settle on lowering springs. Since Covid, the price of air suspension went up and when I would sometimes run into somebody who has air suspension on their car, I would ask them. How much was it? They would tell me they bought it five years ago that the prices has skyrocketed so I just wouldn’t even think about it. I even went to a few other shops asking about air suspension and they’re talking about $8000 here $9000 there. Then Jamie just looked at me and said “I’m pretty sure I can do something for you”. Jamie punch in some numbers. When he presented me with the price of brand-name Air Ride, air tank, Viair air compressors, air suspension the whole setup. I looked at him and said you’re serious? Right from there not only a business to customer relationship was built. A friendship was built. Fast-forward to now. I have air suspension going on two of my vehicles. I have custom sound systems going into two of my vehicles. Anything that I can imagine Grounded Conceptz is making it happen. They are not there to criticize your ideas. They are there to help bring the blueprints you have created in your mind to life. Yes I still have relationships with other owners at other shops because I would go to one shop for one thing, another shop for another thing and another shop for another thing. Grounded Conceptz is taking care of each and everyone of my needs for maintaining and upgrading the vehicle at one shop. General maintenance, custom audio upgrades, paint protection film, window tints, custom exhausts, bodywork. You name it they’ll do it. The friendly welcoming environment that I have received from Jamie and Jesse and not only me, I see other customers coming in and they are all treated with the same respect and welcoming ears to hear their ideas.

Grounded does everything with the utmost care. Owner, front desk, and techs are incredible. Clear and concise. Even provide information that I couldn’t find myself online. Great and fair pricing too. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent quality service. I bought an android radio on Amazon, with rear cam, from China. They installed it perfectly, even took extra time lining up the rear cam. Even took nice pics of the wiring when I needed them while asking China technical questions.
Great and very helpful staff there.

I am beyond impressed with the service here. From my first inquiry, to the ordering process, then installation, Jamie and the entire team were incredibly helpful and professional. They did an outstanding job on my exhaust, and I can't imagine going to any other car shop in the future. Can't recommend them enough!

Honestly, just disappointed i couldn't give 6 stars!
Called for a last minute appointment today, had my wheels powder coated and balanced by two different shops and still they couldn't resolve my issue. Spoke with Jamie today and brought the car in last minute, his team fixed my issue and got me back on the road in no time. Shops are dime a dozen these days, finding people that truly care about their work and have a passion for custome service is priceless - the GC for you #customerforlife
