We have had great service from the company and the cover we have on the Rpod trailer
works great and we are getting a cover
For our truck camper .we got the truck camper cover and so far we love it. We have had some wind and it holds up great . We got a cover a little larger because it’s better bigger than small.

I recently reached out (last night) to inquire about their zebra blinds that were not available in the size I needed and I had a response first thing this morning with answers. I gotta say the blinds are fantastic and the customer service was fast and amazing. Thanks again
But, I’ve been waiting now for a long time for now for different sizes and I keep getting told they will be here very soon. The date keeps getting pushed out. It would be nice to get a real ETA.

I bought the Knox 23-26 ft cover for my 25ft motorhome after reserching many brands. The package was received as promised, and included very usable instructions for unpacking and placing on the rv. I installed the cover without problems with the help of my wife. All went smooth and we are very happy so far. Will update after our first winter.

Bought the 8x10 truck camper cover for 2006 Bigfoot (model 25c9.4) . Arrived quickly. The cover fits great and is nice quality, however, some parts were missing with the order. Called customer service and Nicole corrected the problem straight away.

I bought a trailer cover from Kapsco and when I got my package it was missing one cover for a tire and one cover for a spout. There were four piece of foam missing.
I sent an email to them and got a response immediately. Nicole was simply awesome in dealing with my problem. First time buyer and with the five star service I got will definitely refer to my friends. Thanks again for the prompt response and the great service.
