This shop has truly one of the best customer service I've experienced. Fran (hope I spelled that right) was so kind, welcoming, and educated. She was able to answer all my questions, recommend products, inform me about future launches, and above all made my experience incredibly special. I left the store with the biggest smile. I will definitely be coming again.

Absolutely amazing staff their TMNT set has some outstanding scents, but I have to say the sticky dates line is out of this world. The staff on shift where Dee, Maddie, Meraya and Tai they were all amazing and even worked as a team to help me get all my items :)

I always knew of lush, but was never crazy about it. After coming in a few times, I’ve grown to love the products and the staff in this particular location. I absolutely love the energy the staff brings in toward customers. They truly make you feel good in your own skin, and go above and beyond to help you find products that are suited for you. I went to an event this past Sunday, and I can truly say that I feel I’ve built amazing relationships the staff, and found products that work wonderfully for my skin and hair (not to mention the body sprays omg). I look forward to coming back soon!!

I've been a lush fan for years, after attending their skin care party in store I was not only made to feel part of the lush family but the overall experience was amazing! The workers were so welcoming and were very well informed! The instore experience is like no other I really recommend going in person for the full effect!

Left lush SOBBING because of the kindness I was shown by Debra?, she was super amazing and kind and I've truely never met another person like her. She was not only educated on lush products but also life and offered her support when she didn't need to. She told me her main store that she works at is Oshawa Center and I honestly hope she has the most amazing life and shines as bright as the stars?????❤️

Simran was such a pleasant associate during our impromptu visit to the store. She explained what each product was made of and took the time to learn what each of my kids liked. Will be returning after a quick intro to other fun products in store. Thank you for making our visit fun!!

Stop going up to customers and bothering them when they are clearly on the phone or preoccupied while shopping. If I need help, I’ll ask. I would understand if they approached me while I wasn’t on the phone. I left the store because the lady was annoying me and interrupting my phone call while I was looking at masks.

I don't know if this lady is the manager or not but she needs to be coached on how to greet customers. She was extremely rude and kept passing passive aggressive comments at us saying that this is a business, if you are here you have to buy something and not just browse. My three year old just wanted to use the sample soap and dip her hands in the water bowl- which she let us but she made us feel very uncomfortable with her comments. My sister was looking forward to buying some bath bombs but her stinky attitude made us leave. Never going back there again.
She has blonde hair, in her 50's or 60's.
