I came to this location last Saturday and was very disappointed. Blundstone boots were advertised as being available at this store. When I arrived I couldn’t find any and there was no one to help me! They only had one person working and they were on cash. I went to Mister Safety Shoes after and had the best experience!

No wonder this location is a ghost town.
Came here to buy work socks with my husband, and the cashier at the time was extremely rude. She couldn’t even check if my husband’s union discount would work. It’s fairly simple, Kirsty. You can check it with a smile on your face and not give snarky remarks.
Kirsty could really use some customer service training of some sorts cause she ruined my shopping day. She’s lucky I wasn’t standing at cash with him at the time this happened.
I get it people have bad days but maybe don’t project that onto your customers. Will NOT be returning here.

I only came here because my company provides a voucher for safety boots.
The house brand Dakota boots are absolute garbage, and will hurt your feet, possibly leading to back pain. Even their Dakota leather belt will split worse than any other brand. I've tried many of the Dakota products over the years, and they have always let me down. I kept trying them, hoping they would improve, but having been burnt so many times, I now just avoid it. Even if they improve the quality, I'll never know because they burnt me so many times, I would never buy them again.
Service is basically at request, usually just 3 overworked 20-something people stocking shelves per store, so if you have a question, the staff is usually easy to find working the floor.
Found a decent pair of Timberlands, they're holding up okay, not uncomfortable. Would love to see the Dakota brand eliminated; why make cheap crap that ends up in the garbage? It's pretty shameful to keep producing this embarrassing product line.

I recently visited the Marks store, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the wide range of products they offer. I particularly appreciate the layout of the store, which is spacious and easy to navigate.
I had a question about a product, and the team member (Saymoon) was not only knowledgeable but also very kind and helpful. It's clear that they take pride in the store's operations and are committed to ensuring customers have a great experience.
Overall, I’m always satisfied with my visits to Marks, Highly recommend!
