“I'd to send a big shout out to the team at 101 Mobility and a special thanks to Matthew for helping me resolve the issues I was having with the chairlift.
From my initial contact with him about 2 weeks ago right up till today, he was patient and painstaking in walking me through their diagnostic process until I was able to rectify what was stopping the chairlift to work.
The 2 week time line is not a reflection on the part of 101 Mobility but on mine. We had to work a little at a time due to my busy schedule and was only able to devote few minutes at a time with Matthew. It all worked out at the end today I have a chairlift again.
