“Purchased my first CPAP machine from PureFlow Healthcare after being prescribed one. I want to acknowledge both Bradley and Julie for their outstanding customer service. Bradley helped me with all my insurance questions and made the entire process easy to understand. Julie thoroughly explained how to use the CPAP machine (I went with the ResMed AirSense 11) and walked me through all the details so I understood how it works and how to use all of its accessories.
I received estimates from a total of six different vendors. I ended up going with PureFlow Healthcare Pickering and I couldn't be happier with this decision.”

I went into the medical store to pick up a few supplies that had been put on hold, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Some supplies had to be ordered in and that was done very quickly. The manager assisted us and was very friendly. I also noticed they have a great selection of items in store. I heard the manager tell the previous customer about a special on scrubs, buy nine and get the tenth one free. So for anyone who’s looking, this is definitely the place to go.”

“Very excited with the new installation of Handicare stairlift; especially like the small size of the rail when comparing to other brands. Keith (inside sale), Matt, (sale visiting our home) and Larry (technician) provided fast and courteous services. They were patient explaining their products and answering questions, not pushy to close the deal.
During the day of installation, Matt and Larry handled all the parts with extra care avoiding scratches on the stairlift, floor and stairs. They took their time explaining the function of each button, testing the unit, adjusting the rail and chairs in detail until perfect. They also vacuumed their working area and clean up all the garbage; so....so..... good no clean up needed to be done by the customer. Very pleased with 101 Mobility of Pickering, definitely will refer this company to my friends. Thanks very much to your team.”
