Waited an hour and a half for an oil change
I asked them specifically to top up windshield fluid, when I left it was still empty
Pricier than other places

Dave was kind enough to test my battery for free, although normally there's a fee for complete diagnostic for starter & battery, etc. Definitely recommend this Midas for any maintenance, mechanical repairs.

Very very poor customer service. I made an appointment and am told I have to wait 30-40 minutes before they can even bring my car in on to the bay upon arriving. What was even the point of booking the appointment then? If you are running late and behind schedule, the least you could do is call the customer and give them the heads up.
They do not honour the appointments they demand you make and do not respect their customer's time. Avoid at all costs.

Went in for an alignment. They said I needed a ball joint before doing the alignment. They did both, my representative paid. Then they noted that a tie rod end also needed to be replaced.... How can you do an alignment with a loose front end?
They misdiagnosed a faulty ball joint - it was the tie rod end producing lateral movement. They also failed to notice an obvious leaking steering rack. I had that replaced the following week by my mechanic.
Incompetent, maybe dishonest? The owner seems like he shouldn't be dealing with customers directly. The manager was competent and honest, he noticed and addressed my issues when i brought it in.
I was told that after I fixed the tie rod end (I replaced the steering rack which came with new tie rod ends) that I could come and get realigned without charge. When I got there after waiting for a week for the appointment the owner intervened and ended up refusing to do the alignment I was promised but I ended up getting a refund after arguing for a bit and the owner stomping out.
Avoid this place.

Right off the bat, as soon as i said I'm here for an alignment. He said it needs to be booked and proceeded to ignore me. Then I said i do have an appointment so he was like why didnt you say that first. Let's leave that to be some misunderstanding on both parties.
But after the alignment they didn't give me the sheet of the angles previously and after adjustment. I requested the sheet and he said oh we might have some issues with the printer and proceeded to go to the back. He comes back and says our printer isnt working. We are trying to fix it. I'm like okay I'll wait and then he said they can't right now. I'm like i just need a picture of the screen to show that it's been aligned because ive been having some steering issues which i cant pinpoint. They said we need to rehook it back to all the machines to get the readout cause the screen is gone once its done.
Horrible experience and communication by the guy in the front. As for the alignment it looks to be fine right now. Techs wasnt the issue for my visit

This shop wrecked my car. I took it in to have the muffler replaced and they told me that the whole muffler assembly needed to be replaced, AND the brake line was corroded. So I okayed the work. Ever since, my car has rattled and groaned and nobody including Midas can fix it. Don't trust these people, they are skivvers!

I had my car towed here because it was having issues starting on the 27th of December. They phoned me to tell me it was the head gasket and that to fix it, it would be around $3000 to fix it. They called me back 30 minutes later and said that the cost would actually be closer to $6000 or a new engine at $7300. Spoke to a different mechanic at another shop from the recommendation of a friend and they said they are over charging. I eventually had my car towed to this mechanic as Midas said I should not drive. This new mechanic had my car for 5 days and came back that he could not find anything wrong with it. My car was starting with no issues. Anything Midas told me was happening was not. I picked up my car on January 8th and have been driving it ever since with no issues. I called customer relations to file a complaint. The only person who has called me was Dave, the shop manager. Who basically said they stand by their diagnosis and that it is what it is. I called back Customer Relations, and they said that since every shop is a franchise, there isn't much they could do. I paid $250 for a misdiagnosis, with no resolution. Imagine if I had paid for them to "repair" my car or decided to purchase a new one based on their recommendation

Not too sure about this location. 1) advertised price is purposely misleading 2) its great they offer to check other fluids so imagine my surprise after paying the extras fees, I go to my own mechanic shortly after to find my coolant damn near empty. 3) front desk guy was not really pleasant acted like I was bothering him. When I was reading what I was paying for.
Overall, I won’t go back.
