I'm a National Bank Customer close to 40 years. August 1 2024 I called the National bank pickering branch and asked to speak to mortgage consultant and I was told the person was not in the branch and they took my telephone number and was told consultant will call me back. I didnt hear from the consultant for a week and I visited the pickering branch and said no one called I had asked to speak to mortgage consultant today its August 10th and no call. Terrible service to client of 40 years

Completely stupid. Says they're open until 5, I get there at 405pm and the inside doors look and there 4 people standing around inside chatting, and not even bothering to acknowledge I'm there.

Terrible customer service. Please have your business somewhere else. Be prepared to wait for an hour even if they are not busy. Nobody cares and visiting this branch makes your day more worse.

I'm sorry but this location I always have a bad experience, like today so bad. And even told me don't believe in their website time hahaha...they closed early, they said in their website they open until 5pm, I reach there the lady said they closed at 3pm. Always have a bad experience with this location.

Very frustrating and stressful experience having an FHSA account with National Bank. I understand it’s a new product with new processes, but the way things were handled is unacceptable. I submitted a complaint about my experience and this was also not handled well. They lack sympathy and integrity. Not a good place to bank if you need to do urgent and important transactions. It will make your already stressful situation even worse.

What a joke. My friend is the only person inside and after 45 minutes they're still not done making a transfer. The lady said some transfers "take a little bit longer". I mean all banks are slow but this must be a new record. Note to self: never open an account here.Update: took more than 1h. What a disgrace.
