Thank You Ryan. Returned a filing ca inet as it was for letter size and not legal size. Called tge puckering store and the person helped me to look for a certain manufacturer for a filing cabinet but the associate coukd not find whst I needed. The poor man went through hoops to find what I needed. The associate was never rude or short with me. So, I came to the store to return the cabinet. The associate Ryan was very patient with me when I tried to find the code. RYAN gave me the information as to the money woukd be refunded into my account. Thanked Ryan and the he said that after we spoke on the phone Ryan continued to search for me what I was looking for then he gave me some of the stores I could search out. Associates like Ryan are far and so few between. I've been to this store twice and both Harpreet and Ryan have made my experience enjoyable and worry free.

“Wanted to say a quick thank you to the Spectrum team. I was missing a sensor for a workshop being held on Tuesday morning.
