I usually don’t leave reviews, but after the horrible experience I had I felt the need to leave this one. I have never met such an insufferable individual before I met the manger of this location. I read some of these reviews and can now identify her as Carla. How she spoke to not only me but her employee during my visit was beyond disturbing. The employee (forgot her name) looked so upset. She got mad at the employee for trying to help me. Carla has no customer service skills, no human decency and lacks basic communication skills. Someone like this should not be running any type of business and after all these reviews, I am highly disappointed pandora still has her “managing” the store. This is clearly an unsafe working environment for the employees and an unwelcoming environment for customers. Pandora needs to do better and the manager should be investigated and replaced. I will not be shopping at this location moving forward unless Carla is not there.

Carla, the store manager, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I came into an empty store needing assistance, and instead of helping, she was eating and showed a great deal of attitude and disrespect.
A manager should lead by example, and her behavior was disappointing. I can only imagine how uncomfortable this work environment must be for her employees. Higher management should address this situation as soon as possible.

I was absolutely appalled at the service I received (or lack their of) at this location today. I specifically went to the mall to use my Christmas money to buy myself a ring. The Assistant General Manager and Store Manager were working. The AGM finished with a customer then proceeded to sort rings while I was standing there. I tried to suggest I needed service by asking “are these the only rings”. Without barely looking up from sorting rings she said “The only ones on special”. I then asked “is the price here after discount or before”. She unwarmly and abruptly said before. The GM had recently finished a transaction and was slowly resetting the product. I had been standing staring at the case of rings for upwards of 7 minutes. I had asked questions that should’ve been met with warm service. I felt invisible in the store. I didn’t even want to buy a ring at the point. I asked them if anyone in the store was going to actually help me and the GM turned around and said that said I was giving them attitude and if I wanted service I should be nicer. I said I didn’t want to give them my money. They were so cold and rude. I have 15+ years of retail management experience and can’t believe the two working were the leaders of that store. Wasn’t shocked to see other reviews stating the same. I went to another store and bought myself a nice ring from a lovely and attentive sales person.

Very disappointing experience. The staff member named May was rude and unprofessional while helping with ring sizing. This is the second time I’ve dealt with her, and both times she was unfriendly and unhelpful. Customer service should be much better at a brand like Pandora. I won’t be returning to her again.

The manager of this location lacks basic customer service, warmth or friendliness. As a frequent customer of Pandora, I am disgusted by the rudeness and the way I was blatantly ignored. One of the sales clerks quietly stepped in and helped me. She must not have liked the colour I was wearing today. However, I have had wonderful experiences with other sale representatives.

Possibly the worst customer service. Came in to fix my bracelet and was pushed out the store by an older lady, constantly cutting off my words and not letting me explain anything. As a customer and someone who owns numerous things from this store and location, I HIGHLY do not recommend going here and giving them your business, incredibly rude and worst attitude. Only some were greeted, personally I was not and I was ignored.

Useless. Please don’t accept $15 gift boxes. Yes, it seems like a nice idea and I get why I bought it, but it’s actually pointless. The second you hand it to someone, it becomes trash. You end up wasting production, resources, and contributing to landfill.

Such amazing customer service from everyone at this location! I come here often to buy gifts for my loved ones. I've been assisted by Sahar, Anaum, and Mark on separate occasions and they have been nothing but helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about their products.
Part of why I like going to this location rather than the Scarborough location (where I'm closer to) is because of the exceptional staff at Pickering; keep up the great work everyone!!!!!

I come to this location all the time and the staff are so warm and welcoming!!! Mary Jo and Soumeiya are the sweetest and offer the best advice when I am picking out jewelry, would totally recommend this location for great customer service!

I’ve had an amazing experience every time I’ve shopped at the Pandora store lacated in Pickering Mall. I’ve purchased jewellery from them three times now, and the quality, elegance, and attention to detail never disappoint. The pieces are timeless and make beautiful gifts as well.
I especially want to thank Soumeiya who has been outstanding every visit. She is warm, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable about the collections. She took the time to help me choose the perfect pieces and made the entire experience feel personal and enjoyable. Her professionalism and kindness are truly appreciated.
Thank you, Pandora, and a special thank you to Soumeiya for the wonderful service. I will definitely continue coming back!

I went into Pandora knowing exactly what I wanted and was initially having a good experience. The associate was friendly, helpful, and informative, but I felt the upselling was too pushy. Even after I stated what I wanted, additional items were suggested and a gift box was added to my bill without it being made clear that it wasn’t complimentary — I only found out when I asked. With my retail background, I recognized this, but someone else might have unknowingly gone over budget.
I also mentioned I needed a size up from my current bracelet, yet the associate still measured my wrist and sold me the wrong size. I had to go to another store the same day to exchange it, which was frustrating. Overall, staff were pleasant, but transparency on extra charges and listening to customer requests needs improvement.
