Very unsatisfied with the level of customer service by worker, as someone who has worked in customer service I have never seen someone so uninterested to make a sale. Came in to buy two rings about two weeks ago and they didn’t have them in stock and then came back today and had to deal with a lack of professionalism from the girl helping us, she did not seem interested what so ever in helping us and I felt almost uncomfortable due to her facial expressions and the way she spoke. Usually any pandora I have purchased from they gave me new items and not display items and if they did at least they cleaned them, not any of that happened, please work on hiring more employees that want to be there rather than people there for their paycheck. If I didn’t already have the intent of purchasing rings i would not shop there again.

Just had a terrible experience at the PTC Pandora. Went to exchange a ring for a different size and the staff needed a key to get the new ring. They said the manager would be back in 10 minutes because they were doing an interview. We waited and the manager came back and got the ring and left again to do another interview. Then the staff went to go do the exchange and needed a code from the manager. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the manager to come back. Paying customers should be the priority, not the interview. The staff should have called the manager out of the interview. Very disappointing.

Today August 25th my mom and I visited the Pandora Store in Pickering and we had the most exceptional customer service by Nerissa H. She was very patient and kind. She is very knowledgeable offered ideas and suggestions. She even made sure the sizing was correct for my mom’s wrist. She is a true gem and I would say valuable to the Pandora store. My mom and I took a bit of time to really confirmed what we wanted and she was very patient. Keep up the great customer service Nerissa.❤️

Had a really bad experience at a different pandora but coming to the PTC Pandora reminded me why I love shopping here! Mary-Jo was extremely kind and helpful. She made the experience an enjoyable one and I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my pandora purchases!

Outrageous experience honestly LOL. I brought a ring in that I had for less than a month because it had snapped, and was told “Well, it’s costume jewellery, we can’t do anything about that” Excuse me?? Why am I paying $100+ for a ring you want to call “COSTUME JEWELLERY” . Absolutely ridiculous that I wasn’t granted an exchange or refund. costume jewellery my BUTT

visited this location well over two months ago to get a bracelet replacement of a defective product. the bracelet was purchased at this location and is still under warranty. i’ve had this bracelet for less than a year and this would have been my second replacement. i asked if i could get a new bracelet as this product was clearly faulty since this wasn’t the first bracelet with the same issue… to which they said no and that the issue i was having wasn’t common. nonetheless, a bracelet of the same style was not in store so was told they’d order me a replacement and call when it was available.well, that call never happened. visited the oshawa center location today as the pickering location was not helpful whatsoever… explained the situation and the employees were shocked at how the pickering location handled this issue. turns out, the style of bracelet i own has been discontinued due to it being faulty… to which i was never told during my visit to pickering location. insanely ridiculous how my boyfriend spent hundreds of dollars on a faulty product and charms, and no care at pickering was given from staff. not even a discount on a new bracelet was offered at pickering. i ended up purchasing a new bracelet at oshawa location. will never support pickering location again, absolutely ridiculous that they sold faulty products and wouldn’t replace.

The WORST customer service.. especially during this holiday season. I recently went in to pick-up a previously purchased order (1day later) and was greeted with a ribbon across the door - understandably so, during the busy season. Unfortunately, I stood at the ribbon actively making myself look interested in going in.. I watched 7 staff walk around with 1 customer in the store for easily 10minutes before I was acknowledged.. in that interaction I expressed that I was waiting to which the lady said ‘we’re all busy, isn’t the ribbon self explanatory’ EXCUSE ME.. I said ‘did you really just say that to the paying customer? Perhaps an inside thought’… UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I gathered my order and walked out after I was given my items wrapped in tissue before asking for a bag/further packaging (also filled with undeserved rudeness) with no escort unlike other customers.. Happy Holidays, Pickering Pandora.. do better!

Bad customer service. Sold me a bracelet and suggested I wear it out of the store on my wrist. Got home and realized I couldn’t put the clasp on without assistance. Attempted to exchange for another bracelet at the Oshawa location within 30 days and they told me no because I wore it out of the store and wasn’t given a box. Why didn’t Pickering tell me that at the time of my purchase? I would have opted NOT to wear it out of the store if I had known I’d be forfeiting the return policy. I finally went to the Pickering location again to take this matter up with them today. The manager was snarky and stand-off-ish but did finally agree to allow me to exchange but only on the condition that the new bracelet would be final sale. What a hassle over some tarnishing silver. This brand is totally not worth the hype.

Chelsea who says she’s the manger at Pickering location doesn’t know anything about working for Pandora & their policy’s. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would love to speak to higher management but Chelsea wouldn’t provide me with a direct contact.Chelsea wasted my time today because what I needed could’ve been done at that location but because she doesn’t know her job position or policy’s at her work place I couldn’t get any further help. Chelsea’s attitude was horrible and uncalled for.
