The staff here are really sweet and friendly. They clearly care about animals and the customers. One of the staff was so excited when I said I needed a stuffed animal for my cat, it was a memorable experience.

Kind and professional stuff, place has any sort of items for different animals, dogs, cats, birds, very well provisioned. I go mostly for liver treats and food for my little dog. Nice place to shop and visit. ?

First time at Pet Valu today. Couple things I loved about this location:1. They advertise locally owned & operated!2. Customer service was excellent. Big smile when I walked in. Nat was exceptional, friendly, enthusiastic & knowledgeable about products. Definitely coming back here. :)
