Staff was so helpful and friendly. I scored some great toys & treats on sale for the pooches, but the customer service really stood out during my Dec20 visit from both staff members working that evening.

Dog food experts - best ever!
I was a customer here for years and Karen ( owner) helped me source the best food for my golden to help with allergies when he was young. I have since relocated out of province and my now aged golden boy has new food requirements. No disrespect to the folks here, I knew she would be the one to understand what my vet asked for in my boy’s diet and direct me once again to the right food.
Karen understands health needs and what the different products offer. She will help you find the right food to make your pet lead a healthier life. Thanks Karen!

Large, well laid-out store with lots of stock. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. They had the bird food I was looking for, so made my trip worth while :)

We recently moved to Pickering and were looking for a great groomer for our dog. A coworker of mine recommended us to come here and see either Megan or Yulia.
We had Yulia and she did an absolutely perfect job—exactly what we asked for. My pup looks and feels fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Best place for variety, service, and knowledge, I always love shopping there :) Plus, they frequently get involved with supporting local charities and community. They are active in giving time and resources to help out.

The staff here are really sweet and friendly. They clearly care about animals and the customers. One of the staff was so excited when I said I needed a stuffed animal for my cat, it was a memorable experience.
