I purchased a shaver cord advertised as compatible with Braun machines (my shaver is a Braun).
Since the website didn’t specify a model number, I assumed it would work with all Braun devices and went ahead with the purchase.
When it arrived, I realized it didn’t fit my shaver, which contradicts the website’s claim of compatibility with all Braun models.
I contacted the store to return the item for a refund, but they said it was my fault for not checking about compatible models first. However, their website clearly states it’s compatible with Braun shavers.
To make matters worse, they expect me to pay an additional shipping fee to return it, and they’ll only refund the cost of the cord. The cord costs $15 and shipping is $13, so I would end up spending $41 ($15 for the cord + 2 x $13 shipping) just to receive a $15 refund. This means I’d effectively be out $26 due to their misleading information.
I do not recommend this place to anyone! Their customer service is terrible!

*Should have just ordered online*
Visited their store for a replacement part for a dryer. Explained that I needed the front felt seal along with a drum light.
After waiting a little while the clerk brings over a very short segment of felt seal. I ask him to confirm "Shouldn't this seal go all the way around the front? This looks too short". He replies that no, it only sits along the top, because that's where the weight of the drum sits. That the rest of the front doesn't need a seal.
Sure enough, removing the old seal on my dryer shows there's actually two parts, the one he provided as well as the lower seal which completes the full ring around the drum.
I visited a local store to avoid exactly this problem, and was even ok paying the markup to speak to an actual person rather than just ordering online - and ended up having to do more research online and order a part online anyways. In hindsight should have saved myself both the time and headache by just doing research and ordering online right off the bat.

Needed broil element for my GE stove. They did not have it stock had to order for me. The part arrived and stove fixed. Their price was best and cheaper than other stores who also did not have in-stock. I recommend this store for your parts.

Ordered a part off their website, never recieved confirmation email, though pay came out of my account immediately (go figure). Called after 3 weeks and spoke with them to be informed the money was returned to me (it was) but wasn't informed. Tried again on another card as directed and still nothing. Another month goes by. MC flagged as fraudulent and canceled card. The entire time we were told by phoning the part was sent and we would recieve an email containing shipping info... payment never came out due to the 'fraud activity'. Obviously from reviews they are lacking in website/shipping department. Was trying to support local... but Walmart it is. Buyer beware with these guys!

Very bad expérience, i purchased something, never received any confirmation email, payment stayed pending 2 weeks don t know why. Then asked them by email what s going on, never got an answer, pending payment disapeared so purchase never been finalized, don t know why. Very bad communication, no one answers.

We had an issue with the base element of our stove. We had contacted a different repair company who quoted us a high price to repair it. Pickering appliance tech Jason, came onsite and advised us that the quote was more than double the cost of the part. He replaced the part then identified a second problem which the first crew missed entirely. He replaced the second module and returned the stove to service. All for less than the quote from the first company to simply replace the element. Throughout the process Jason and the company kept us informed of the status of the part supply, showed up on time to make the repair and even offered us options to dispose of the stove if we had decided to simply replace it. We were very happy with their people, especially Jason, and service and have already recommended them to a friend with a dryer issue.
