Our experience here at pickering toyota with Idrees was very pleasant, although we didn't end up going with the car we chose Idrees remained very respectful and kind to us, he truly is a hard and dedicated worker, even staying after hours with us in the process, we are very thankful he was our car sales agent and will definitely come back to him in the future

Overall, we had a great experience with Toyota Pickering. One of the sales reps there, Jalal, was charismatic, funny and chill. But the most admired characteristics was how transparent and honest he was. He was upfront about what he couldn’t do and what he could. He did his absolute best to get us the deal we wanted, including some bonuses. He got us a great deal and made himself available even after store hours. He was transparent when it came to our concerns and what he think would be worth it or not. He put up with all our texts and questions and really cleared up some things for us that finance couldn’t. Good nice dude and really looked out for our parents. He was fantastic. His boss, Jeff, on the other hand, wasn’t the greatest. His attitude was all business, and not very personable. He was standoffish and abrupt. It was very clear that we were just a cheque. Obviously, it’s a business and that’s understandable - to a degree. But if we are going to give tens of thousands of dollars, we were expecting more of a warmer welcome. We have no doubt he can do the technical/business aspect of his job, but as a business manager, we were hoping for better customer service. Or maybe he had a poor day and we hope it gets better. Truthfully if it wasn’t for Jalal, and the great deal he got us, we would’ve taken our business elsewhere after meeting Jeff. But the receptionist, service and Jalal were all wonderful and overall great experience.

On the road and was concerned about my tires. Popped in to Pickering Toyota to have them checked out. Best decision I made. Krishen Persaud and the rest of the service/parts team were par excellence. Discovered my brake light was out and the bulb was changed all with a friendly smile. A huge thank you.

This is the review from last visit. I went to drop my car for service and left the keys with Keychain which include other keys beside car keys. Upon receiving car to my surprise they lost my keys and gave me back just car key. Upon asking they said we don't have them.l and we don't know anything. I don't understand is how they can lost keys which were in Keychain. I have asked several times but no luck they just said we don't have. Not sure what else I can do beside this
Called to book my tire swap appointment. Lady was helpful in giving me same day appointment as its in middle of season but nevertheless they accomodated. Got my tire swapped i believe in an hour in and out. They have good waiting area. Don't know yet about other service details as i haven't yet gone there yet for those. Service advisor was pretty helpful.

We are extremely pleased with our car purchase! The entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. Alan was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, walking us through each step without any pressure. My husband and I are delighted with our new car and the outstanding service we received. I brought in my 2010 Toyota Yaris to Pickering Toyota for annual maintenance. I absolutely hate this time of year, because I know very little about cars and have crippling anxiety that I will be billed beyond my modest budget. I was well taken care of by Kris Persaud. He was very respectful and very patient with me. Kris' automotive experience and confidence in the Toyota brand put me at ease immediately. I am very grateful that he took the time to explain the work that will be needed to be done thoroughly and he was very cognizant of my budget, with undoubted concern for ensuring my vehicle lasts as long as possible. This Service Center is very lucky to have Kris, he is an exemplary Toyota Service Advisor.
