Vienna (I hope I'm writing the name right) helped me a lot yesterday sending a doc. Went back today to ask some questions and Bart was there too to help me out with my concerns. “Always busy but if you just plan it you can get there with only 3 or 4 people in front of you. Avoid going at popular times line weekend or evenings. Unless you are prepaid to wait 20 or 30 minutes. They've recently added a drop box option so if you've a prepaid box you should be able to drop. However I never tried myself to know it works. If you've option to drop at UPS store nearby use that. UPS store on Harwood do have a drop option with no lineup”
