The staff members were exceptionally friendly and appeared to be genuinely interested in assisting customers. Although I ultimately decided to visit a different establishment, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking reliable and efficient services.

Brought my car in to get my bumper replaced after a collision, the place was recommended by my insurance company. The experience was great and the customer service was excellent as they explained the process in detail every step of the way. I had to go in a few times first to show the car and then they ordered the parts and then again for them to fix it. they coordinated with insurance company and the rental company and that went smoothly. The actual repair was really good too( its never going to be the same as before the accident but it was pretty damn close) they even cleaned the inside of my car and trunk too which was nice of them.

Jordan and the other man at the front desk were helpful and informative. Jordan guided me through my car being fixed after being rear ended and ensured everything went smoothly throughout the process. My mind was at ease throughout the entire process and everything went better than expected. Car came back clean and polished up and I was relieved and happy with the end result.

I had such a wonderful experience with Royal Auto Body. My car was rear-ended and I was so stressed about dealing with insurance and repairs, but Royal Auto Body made the experience so easy. Jordan was amazing, professional and kind. He took care of everything related to the insurance claim and rental. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend this shop.
