I called this location this morning from work as my Son has a big race coming up. The location is out of the way so I wanted to make sure the particular shoes were indeed in stock. I have never received worse treatment. The woman was extremely impatient and rude. First of all she cut me off mid sentence when I tried to explain why I was calling and said she was with a Customer. I was left on hold for a good while so I decided to hang up and call back in case she forgot about me. At this point I was again quickly dismissed and put on hold. I am at work so I put my phone on speaker as I waited so that I could continue my work. This woman finally comes and my entire office heard the way she came back on the line... completely rude.. what is you want?!!! I tried to then tell her what I needed and she cut me off again said to look online... I was trying to tell her it says the product is available online and wanted to simply double check before going all the way out there. It's that simple. I was met with more attitude. I asked for the Manager and I believe she was saying She is the Manager. I told her I have never experienced such terrible customer service. She did not apologize but rather tried to shoo me off of the phone. I told her I will absolutely not be spending my hard earned money there and actually lost my own composure by the end of the call. Here I am stuck now but I refuse to support this store. I 100% told this person I am coming to buy something. She clearly did not care. Worst experience ever. Ruined my entire day today!!!

Great store to deal with. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge in helping me choose the right shoes for my needs. Had to order online for the colour choice I wanted and I received them the very next morning at my door ! Very happy !

I went in to get shoes that are good to workout/run in and I have flat feet. Peter was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!He took his time with me, and explained the pros and cons of each shoe. I really appreciated his customer service and kindness.Unfortunately, they have limited colour selection in their shoe inventory, but overall had a great shopping experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff !. Everytime I have gone there, I have been helped (even if I didnt end up buying, it didnt seem to matter). I still got the same great service. They always try to help make the choices easier. Shoe shopping is always hard for me as shoes keep changing by models but Running room makes a lot easier.

I ran the HALF in the Toronto Waterfront Marathon (my first official event in two decades). I did way better than I'd anticipated, and Sue at the Pickering Running Room deserves at least some of the credit. :-)So much had changed since I bought my last pair of running shoes, and Sue was extremely informative and patient as I tried many shoes until we found the right pair for me. She also offered some helpful race day strategies which I was able to use.Thank you!
