I recently had an excellent experience with Scotiabank, particularly with their customer service. We met with a financial adviser, Madonna, who went above and beyond to assist us with our mortgage and line of credit options. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the best choices available to us and even took the time to email us afterward, giving my husband and me the opportunity to discuss our options at our own pace.
Madonna was patient, understanding, and willing to address all of our concerns and doubts. Her dedication to ensuring we were comfortable and informed made a significant difference in our decision-making process. We are truly grateful for her assistance.

My branch is downtown, but stopped here for my daughter as she forgot her pin, We wanted to reset it while out in a road trip. What a mistake avoid this place at all cost. I almost want to close my accounts. Literally put over 8 figures through my account annd that’s how you get treated so good luck and we had to leave I couldn’t deal with the woman and then tried to turn it on my daughter and I. It ain’t that confusing I didn’t think. Reset pin. I think the tyrants name was Mia she has no business working with the public. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I went for account closing and teller told me to wait ecause FA will do it and after some time waiting I just walked into Madonna(donna)'s office. she was so nice and welcoming and helped me right away with everything even though my appointment wasn't scheduled with her. I recommend going to her. Also, I wasn't told that my appointment was scheduled with FA. I came home and saw the email about that.

We made an appointment which was confirmed, when she went into the bank, she was told she didn't have an appointment because the person was off. They are completely useless.

Worst customer service. Booked an appointment but they took in a walk-in customer and asked me to wait. After an hour they ask me to come back later as they are fully occupied.

ATM cannot complete a simple cash deposit request. The teller suggested trying all other machines, one of which has a note saying ‘no deposits’.

Worst customer service employee MEDIA cannot assist i simply walked in asking about getting a brand new bank card as my wallet was stolen and a process that should’ve taken five minutes ended up taking over 20 minutes and I still did not get a bank card.I’m highly disappointed in Scotiabank at this location having representatives that clearly don’t know how to do their job and he’s busy chatting and talking like they’re on the high school playground very unprofessional and time-consuming if anyone goes to this branch please avoid going to this female teller as she clearly does not know what she’s doing.I advised her that I have my drivers license my health card as a temporary documents in my car on top of my physical passport and she still cannot process it into the system to give me a new debit card again please stay away from this female Teller MEDIA She doesn’t know how to do her job properly and it’s constantly getting confused maybe this is the wrong career path for her as all the other females and Mills we’re able to assist other customers
