I’ll never forget how they stole Shawn Halls dog Zeus right before Christmas just because they could. Enforcing breed specific legislation before putting up a bully breed dog for adoption. Deplorable. People don’t forget.

DO NOT TELL THESE PEOPLE YOU HAVE KIDS OR PETS OR THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO ADOPT! POOR KITTIES WILL BE DENIED GOOD HOMES FOR THESE REASONS. I TRULY DON'T THINK THEY WANT THE ANIMALS TO GO ANYWHERE! PERHAPS IT MIGHT BE BECAUSE THE PROPERTY THEY LIVE ON IS FREE (DONATED) BECAUSE THEY USE IT AS A SANCTUARY!

Went today to thier fall sale and was floored by the amount of inventory that was there. The only thing that I found awkward and uncomfortable was that I was constantly being followed by old women the whole time. Its sad that they have to resort to doing this. It got really annoying

I went for a yard sale. They had quite a lot to choose from. Ended up going home with new dishes, a few books, some baked goods and a plant. Bummed there were no dogs to pet but there were some cute kittens around.

They take very good care of their cats. Friendly volunteers and you get a hands on viewing. Politely ask staff if you can play with the cats outside their cage. Also, feel free to walk in the buildings, it's mainly under video surveillance rather than being personally supervised so just walk in.

very friendly people and you know they care for all of the cats there! We adopted our cat from Second Chance and couldn't be happier
