I recently had the pleasure of visiting t-shirt arcade and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism, quick service, and accommodation provided by the staff.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The professionalism exhibited by the staff was evident in every interaction I had. They were knowledgeable about their products and processes, and they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.What truly stood out to me was the quick service. Despite being a busy day, my order was processed swiftly, and I was amazed at how efficiently they were able to create a custom design based on my specifications. Not only that, but the turnaround time for my order was impressive. I received my custom t-shirts well before the promised deadline, which exceeded my expectations.I was impressed by the accommodation provided by the store. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They patiently listened to my requests and made adjustments to the design until it was perfect. Their willingness to accommodate my preferences made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.Overall, my experience at t-shirt arcade was nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism, quick service, and accommodation provided by the staff exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of high-quality custom t-shirts and outstanding customer service.

At first, I thought I was dealing with genuine people at this store. The owner was nice in the beginning but it has been 4 months since I was promised a couple of sweaters. I was told multiple times that the sweaters were completed and ready to be shipped. I was also told by the owner they were done “100 percent”. The owner took my address and phone number many times and promised to call when the sweaters would be shipped to my house.The owner did not display appropriate customer service in my case. In the end, the owner could not provide the sweaters after multiple promises that they were ready. I will never do business with this store again and I don’t recommend anyone coming here.

This store is amazing. Oz, is so extremely nice and accommodating. If you need anything t-shirt design this is the place to do it. I was rushing around to find a shirt design and he did it in 30 mins. Extremely impressed and so grateful! Thank you!!!! :)

I was unfortunately extremely disappointed with the service and final product.The shirt I got had many alterations to the design I sent. 1) clouds were supposed to be transparent but instead became solid white 2) bottom should be faded but instead had harsh borders all around. Those were just 2 of the many. I sent 2 revisions from my first design and worked so hard to edit it (I'm not an editor) since they said they're unable to do the changes I wanted. If there were any problems to my design, I feel like I should've been told beforehand so I can fix the issue. If they were aware it wasn't going to look exactly like the photo I sent, then I believe I should've been informed of this. I also would've appreciated an email with the final version (as the lady in the front mentioned was going to be done).I spent $40 on my own shirt bc I wanted to ensure the quality and I wanted to have it shipped early and give them enough time to work on it (more than one month from when I needed it). I had to pay them $35 (apparently ~$40 if I pay with card) for it to be printed which is the same cost if they were to provide the shirt. My friend had inquired with them and they gave a range which costs less than what I paid if they were to provide the shirt.I didn't get any communication from them throughout this whole process. I understand that we can get busy and I'm happy if the store is booked, but if you weren't going to contact me then I hope the shirt I receive is the design I had submitted. I was on top of visiting the store, calling, sending emails, but got 0 communication back. I wasn't contacted that the design was received by email (all three times) and I wasn't even informed when it was ready to be picked up.[When I came to pick it up, I had 2 "design options" they had for me and since I emailed them because I wasn't happy with the final product, they told me there were 2 more designs at the warehouse. I don't understand where all these versions are coming from when I only submitted one design that I wanted exactly as is. It has not been explained to me what's wrong with my design because I would've tried my best to fix it if it would give me the outcome I wanted. Now it's too late.]I worked so hard on my design and it's just so disheartening to see this being handled so carelessly. So disappointing considering how good the reviews are.

Absolutely amazing service, my go to for anything custom!! I've got three mugs over the holidays and I can't go on enough about what an amazing job they did. They quality and colour are on point, they even matched the font colour to the picture.

My daughter really wanted a dance design on a sweater we had just bought. She was so excited when the T-Shirt Arcade staff not only said they could do it for her but they did it in 30 minutes so she could wear it to dance that night! Absolutely amazing results and the staff was absolutely wonderful to work with!!! We will be going again!!!
