Tip Top Pickering and Oshawa associates do not know what they’re doing. My husband went into the Oshawa store wanting to buy a suit but they apparently did not have his size, so he placed an order. Waited for that to come in and turns out they ordered the wrong size because it was too big. He then went to the Pickering store to see if that could be exchanged - a new one was ordered but alterations would be necessary. He asked if it would be possible to have it done before a specific date since we have to catch a flight to attend the wedding, he explained that Oshawa would not be able to have it done in time. The associate, Daniel, said it would be ready on Thursday the following week. He received a call the next week stating the alterations were not done and to come the day after. We went in on Saturday expecting to pick it up but turns out it was not done. The female associate said it will be done on Wednesday when the tailor is in next. We explained that we have a flight to catch the coming Friday so we need the suit by latest Thursday. She agreed and said she will put a note on the suit so that the tailor can see it first thing. Fast forward to Wednesday morning, my husband called to make sure the suit will be done and the same female associate said yes it will be done by the evening. We call on Wednesday evening to check on the status and Daniel answered and said it was not ready. They cannot do anything about it and would help in no way. We are getting on a flight in 2days. Daniel was rude, not willing to help and hung up on us. Ridiculous service, will never support this again.

The brother of the groom, and myself, the best man, had a great experience with Daniel who showed us a variety of options! He was kind, courteous and offered suggestions for styling which we really appreciated - I will return here for my suits/tuxedos for more weddings later this summer.

The sales lady at Tip Top at Pickering town centre never greeted us when we walked in, never offered to help us find anything for our wedding. This has happened on 2 separate occasions. No intentions on returning to purchase anything at that store.

This location by far is not only racist, but goodness they’re understaffed and slow!Visited this location for a second time on May 22nd for a vest to the suit we purchased. We had to order online, via the sales staff. She told us we’d be next after cashing out a gentlemen that was in line… that was no issue we stepped to the side and waited. A white family and showed and in the line & received service ahead of us… when I spoke is she said they were in the change room first. Not sure who or how that would apply to me but they weren’t even in the line!! Your staff member needs training that because she’s white and white people are in the store doesn’t make me a brown person less then them. Totally regret even purchasing a suit from this obnoxious company. Never returning.

Good to see Tip Top Tailors still in business. I used to shop at their stores different location many years ago when I used to buy suits on a regular basis. Just don't wear them any more. Good store with good efficient service.

The staff are excellent, the selection is fare. Being a big person shopping for clothing sucks.. but not here. They have always taken good care of me no matter what the occasion is they will dress you properly. Professional and knowledgeable.

Thank you to Manny from this location for being such a great help after a horrible experience at another store! She not only checked for the shirt and size I needed over the phone when I called, but held it for me while I drove to their location from the other store. Thank you for your help!

Today we went to Tiptop Oshawa store at 6:20 the store closes at 7 due to protocols we had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes (understandable) however, when we got in as we were browsing through the suits a young sales associates came to us and said he won’t be able to. Help as it is close to closing time and he is already busy with another customer upon which we told him we understand he can help the other customer, then he went to a older gentleman complaining about him very busy and came back and started ranting about closing him and he busy etc. to which I asked if he want us to leave. As we started to leave the older gentlemen asked what had happened, so we explained and after hearing us he started to justify lack of customer service and how we came close to closing time etc. In a nut shell it was extremely bad experience. I wish the staff is either trained or given more help to provide good customer experience …. Very unfortunate they have lost a customer

We bought 2 suits on weekends and I was holding one to pick up. When I call on Tuesday morning was till on hold and went to pick up and the sales person refuse to give me the Sunday sale price ( Grafton Brand ) though your website showing still on showing which one $99 dollar + jacket . It was a terrible sales experience to me and the Sales person was unprofessional and rude . It was in the TIP TOP Pickering Town center.
