Good experience. Store was slightly messy and items were scattered around the store so sometimes tough to find your size as it required you to look in multiple locations around the store. Sales assistant that came to help made the process easier by looking up some sizes and getting me exactly what I needed, and letting me know if it was in store or not. Happy to come back and shop again.

I went to this store last week, most of the clothing and formals had great Black Friday deals. I am very pleased with the purchase, got everything nearly half the price. The shop has a decent collection and the staff is very good and helpful.

I recently visited the Tommy Hilfiger outlet in Pickering, and my experience was fairly average. The store itself is spacious and well-organized, with a decent selection of clothing and accessories for both men and women. The items are usually well-priced, especially during sales, which makes it a good spot for finding bargains on classic styles.

So, i would advise please use price check machine they have on wall. Sharing my experience, i had incident on 21/08/2024, i purchased jacket which has price tag $169.99 and machine says $101.99 on sale. However, when i went to checkout cashier lady charged $136.99 + 13%. And then gave me 15% discount to join membership and i was endup paying different amount than i supposed to. So, i double checked and noticed i was charged wrong amount, the amount $136 doesn't exist. When i asked them to recheck they didn't trust so i took one of employees to check machine and then they admitted their mistake and refund me.
The reason to post review is, please check price on big brand stores.
