Waited 30 mins for Walmart pick up. Whatās the point? Iād rather go shop somewhere else. The only reason we come here is for the pick up feature.

The photo center is a total mess, they can't find your photos because they don't know where they put them. Received an email stating photos were ready for pickup 2 days earlier but they insisted they still hadn't received them. Will never order photos from Walmart again.

Shoutout to Anmoldeep
I had a wonderful experience at Walmart today, especially thanks to Anmoldeep Kaur. Even though it was Christmas, she was incredibly genuine, kind, and patient. She went out of her way to help me choose my Walmart orders and made the whole experience stress-free. Truly appreciate her dedication and positive attitude. Thank you, Anmoldeep!

Went to Walmart on Dec 2nd, got some products from beauty section and Maribel helped me. She was really nice and helpful. She specifically walked with me to find the products I needed and helped me in express checkout as well. We need more people like Maribel, a very happy and smiling woman.

Make sure you don't buy makeup here, the horrible manager jenet will refuse a return if thereās an issue with it and then tell you to āsee what you buyā beforehand. I guess she wants you to open the makeup in the store and try it on, before going home. She also dismissed my concerns and told me to talk to another customer service rep which said she canāt say anything cause jenet is the manager. Then she told me to call the company⦠because itās MY JOB to call them over a product I bought at Walmart. Then the other associate offered an exchange. Absolutely horrifying customer service from jennet.
I will never step foot in this Walmart again despite going here for years.

Horrible service in photocenter. They tried to rip me off by giving me less photos and charging me more money. Then they call 3 months later with the rest of my photos and think I will pay the one hour photo rate for them...seriously?! Just ridiculous and heartless as these were for my mom's funeral and they didn't even give a care about all the hassle they caused to begin with. They insisted on trashing them rather than give me a reasonable discount on pictures I didn't even need anymore and bottom line could get delivered to my home from Blacks at an even cheaper price. I will NEVER go back to this Walmart. I forget the ladies name I dealt with but think it was Lynn or Linda.

Today I visited Walmart on Brock Road, Pickering to pick up a few items, one being Scottieās Tissues. The package that contains 18 boxes were not on the shelves and I thought they were probably out of stock. I bent down and looked at the bottom shelf and saw they were two packages all the way at the very back off the bottom shelf. At that moment I saw a Walmart Employee coming up the aisle and asked her if she could assist with retrieving the two packages of Tissues for me. She laughed and said that if she tried to get those boxes she would not be able to get up and that her back was no good.
I told her then that itās self help and I would get my friend whoās 75 years ( much older than the Walmart employee) to do so for me and that I would be taking the photos and submitting them on Walmartās website reviews. She walked away at that point without a care or concern.

I went to return passport photos that were rejected by the passport office due to poor lighting, and I had the rejection letter with me. I then went to Customer Support at the front to get a refund. I didnāt have my receipt, and they insisted that I should have it. I explained that I paid by credit card and asked them to look it up in their system, but they said they couldnāt.
Iāve seen Walmart advertise āNo receipt? No problem,ā and that purchases made by credit card can be tracked. I had to convince them to actually provide the customer support they are supposed to offer. One older lady was especially rude and kept interrupting the conversation; I had to tell her I wasnāt speaking to her and to let the other employee assist me. When I asked to speak to a manager, they finally began processing the refund.
My only suggestion to the Walmart team is to please place courteous, helpful staff at the front desk who are willing to assist customers.

I am a frequent shopper at this location and usually have no issues worth raising, however, I could not ignore this. Today my husband bought sushi from the prepared foods section (California roll and Salmon duo). When we got home and tried it, we could already tell the California roll was old, as the rice was hard, and one of the Salmon rolls tasted way too fishy/metallic. I've bought sushi from Walmart in the past with no concerns but this was just disgusting. The best before date was Nov 7th (2 days from now) but it definitely tasted like it was best before yesterday. I probably wouldn't buy these ever again, and food safety and quality definitely needs to be addressed. Such a waste of money as it wasn't even discounted. Next time I get sushi on the go, I'll drive to the Asian supermarket instead.
