Vipul is amazing!
I called Fido. I waited 2 days for an appointment. They told me to go to the Fido store. The Pickering fido store told me to go back to the 1888 number. I was very frustrated. I stopped at Vipuls booth. He was patient. He fixed all my issues. He is very easy to talk to and understood my frustration. I will return to Vipul everytime i have a cell phone issue

His knowledge, experience and superior customer service made this a very easy process for me alleviating the stress I felt before I met him.
