Attended a zumba class as a guest with a friend. The class was great! Lively and fun. The instructor was engaging and gave off a lot of high energy that motivated you to do the same. The facility is bigger than I expected. The change rooms were clean and maintained well. Don't forget a lock for the lockers and a towel if you need one.

My daughter (18) signed up for a 3 month trial membership in March 2023 (I was there with her) and her 3 month ended and she is still being charged. So my daughter who went off to college asked me to call and cancel on her behalf. Today I called and was told that my daughter signed up for a 3 month trial plus renewal membership (something like that anyway) and that it automatically goes into renewal and gym membership. I was there with her when she signed up and nothing of the sort was explained to her or us. Just be careful what you are signing, make sure it's explained. She's automatically being charged (not affordable for a college student) and can't even go to the gym.

I’ve been training with Rosi since January 2023 and am pleased with her enthusiasm and ability to pivot routines and exercises to accommodate injury and desire to focus on goals. The gym is clean, well attended and has the necessary equipment to meet my needs.

There's a male instructor named Gerald who made me feel very uncomfortable and was inappropriate. Never attending his yoga class again.Edit: I am fully aware of the few male instructors that are permitted to facilitate classes at the gym. Gerald's strange behaviour was unacceptable and, as stated before, I will not be returning to the gym.

Womens fitness is an excellent gym. It is a very welcoming environment and is filled with very friendly staff and people. I have had nothing but positive experiences, and I would recommend it to any woman looking for a gym to join. Meaghen is an amazing personal trainer! I immediately felt comfortable with her. She is super friendly, motivational, and fun to work with. You can tell that she gives all her clients her full attention. She has helped me improve in so many ways. She is very knowledgeable and it is very easy to trust that she will successfully assist you in achieving your goals. My PT sessions are my favourite part of my week and I would 100% recommend Meaghen as a personal trainer!

Been going to this gym for a while now and I love going. It's never too crowded and the club members are all nice and respectful. I wish they're dumbbells went past 50 lbs and my main complaint about this gym is how dirty the weights and plates are, I always have to be careful what I wear here because this black grime is all over and rubs off on my hands and clothes. I've had to toss a couple of leggings as a result since it doesn't always come out

Rosi is an outstanding trainer. She is patient, motivational and she totally gets you. There were times where I’d be like I just can’t do that and want to give up but she pushes you by being your cheerleader and rooting you along. I highly recommend her she’s an awesome trainer she won’t let you down. Jen and the rest of the staff are amazing too ???

I have been a member in the Pickering location since they opened. I have always found the facilities to be clean and well maintained. I recently joined the Zumba classes and although I don’t always get the steps right, the Instructor is always reassuring and welcoming. It is a fun way to get exercise. The desk staff are approachable, friendly, and helpful in any dealings that I have had with them.

My sister and I have been going for over a year now. The facilities are always clean, the staff are welcoming and the instructors are very personable. Most will go out of thier way to learn your name. There's a good amount of equipment here as well

Love this gym because it’s all women, isn’t too busy and there’s enough machines, space, classes for you to focus on whatever you prefer. Facility is also nice, locker room & showers are clean, sauna is great to relax in after your workout! Staff are friendly. Convenient that it’s also located in the mall :)Cons: don’t like classes led by male instructors, and most importantly no more childcare available which makes it very difficult for mothers to use their membership (for this reason I have switched to Lifetime Fitness since they offer the Kids Academy: childcare and classes for both my kids (infant and toddler) to be occupied for 2.5 hours while I workout)

If I could, I would give less than one star!Women's Fitness club is an establishment full of shady practices.They sell you 3-month plans of personal training. In normal circumstances, if you don't use all the sessions, they should be carried forward and you should not be charged until all the sessions are used, but instead, they kept charging my CC without even checking how many sessions were used actually. And then denied to give a refund when i moved to a different city. They forced me to take online sessions, which I didn't want because things had gotten back to normal in person sessions.In addition to the pending personal training money, they continued charging me membership fees to my CC even when i verbally confirmed and signed forms that I wont be coming to the gym anymore much in advance before I actually moved.We never got reponses in time, had to continuously follow-up and still haven't gotten the refund on unused sessions. Nobody has cared to even check or reach out to us since then.

I have been going to this gym for years and always had a good experience. It is conveniently located inside the Pickering mall, the staff is very friendly and when I asked the manager a question or to do something for me I got a prompt response. I noticed they had added more free weights recently and would like to see a fresh coat of paint on the outdated walls’ color.

Worst experience...I can't get to cancel my membership. All I'm asking is to cancel my membership and the Manager a MAN keeps telling me about a hold. The gym itself is fine, no issues but when it's time to cancel they are giving you such a difficult time. Can you imagine I owe nothing, my card keeps getting charged, and my contract says I can cancel anytime but I'm not getting the opportunity to cancel a simple membership? And telling me my membership is ending feb 2022 , like charge me and my 2 daughters for 4 months for no reason and not reimbursing the money back ! it’s a shame so many complaining about them doing that

Been going to woman’s fitness club of Canada for 2 years now! It’s great quiet and clean gym! Love the customer service and the staff!
