“Although we had to cancel our stay, I wanted to take a moment to commend Jerry, Lynn and the whole Picton Harbour Inn team for their exceptional hospitality and customer service. My partner and I travel to the county several times per year, and by far our recent communication with them is some of the most sincere hospitality we've been met with.

I booked a suite for my family (8 people) as a Christmas gift for 2025, with our trip scheduled for the Spring of 2026. One of my parents is recently in remission and one of them is battling a terminal cancer diagnosis with a few additional accessibility needs, and the team was wonderful about answering all of our questions, requests, and assuring accommodations for this.

Unfortunately due to multiple changes in their treatment plans and overall health status, we had to reschedule the trip a few times and ultimately postpone our stay planned for this year. Through all of the back and forth, the questions and clarifications, rescheduling, and ultimately having to cancel, each member of the Picton Harbour Inn staff that we spoke with were so, so kind, and at every turn were simply wonderful and very willingly accommodating.

Whether or not my whole family ends up making it to the county next year, my partner and I will be booking future stays at Picton Harbour Inn as it’s extremely clear that they have nothing but time and endless hospitality for their patrons, and it was evident to us even over the phone that they uphold a high standard when it comes to taking care of their guests.

“The most amazing stay over this past weekend. Adam and Alex are great and so welcoming. We even got a box of cookies that were homemade and champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. We have been coming here for 8 years and will continue to do so for many more :)”

“Our room was absolutely immaculate! My partner and I don't believe we have ever stayed in a place so spotless and pristine before. Kudos to your housekeeping team! Love the hardwood floors (I have learned I dislike carpeted hotel rooms) but that does some with noise! You can hear neighboring rooms if they are a little rambunctious. Check in was fine as it was self serve. We didn't have any issues or concerns during our stay of 2 days so we never really interacted or spoke with any staff. Location-wise, you're right in the heart of the town with lots of food options around and cute little stores to browse. There's a parking space for your room in the lot behind the building which was nice as we didn't have to worry about finding and paying for parking. I would definitely return here if I'm visiting Prince Edward County again.

Rooms: Big! Great beds. Super clean. Loved the shower.
